The room a/c barely worked, staff was bad with luggage i waited almost 45 mins for luggage to get up to room, it was lost at some point, couldn’t sleep at night because it sounded like construction was being done at some point in the morning hours, really disappointed with my stay and i have proof of noise, very bad business

We had a quick 1 night stay for a wedding. The front desk staff was very friendly and inviting. The bathroom in our room smelled like sewage. We are certain it was coming from the shower drainage. We spoke with the front desk. They sent someone when we left our room to check on it. They sprayed air freshener and closed the door. Needless to say it didn’t fix the issue, and the sewer smell became stronger through the night.

Scraped my door while pulling my car into valet because the space was so tight. Was assigned a handicap room when I booked because it was all that was available. The shower drain wasn’t sufficient so the whole bathroom flooded with each shower. Mattress was hard which some might like. The location was great. Many good restaurants in walking distance. Next door to casino and close to both the outlet shops and the luxury shopping mall. Very close to Canal and St Charles for the streetcar and right at a hop on hop off bus stop. There was a $25 fee each day that could be used as a food credit, but we were not told this so we only noticed as we read a sign in the elevator checking out. The bellhop was super nice and helpful. The valets were too. I would not stay at peak pricing, but for the price we paid I was ok with it. Probably my least favorite hotel of the 5 I have stayed at in NOLA.
