The room was adequate and clean. However, it was small. There was a bed, two end tables and a chair. There wasn’t a dining table or a bathtub. I was a little disappointed in it for the money we spent.

Excellent staff!! Just superb! I told them it was my daughter’s birthday the next day & they remembered it, wished her a happy birthday, gave fabulous suggestions for dinner, etc. Entire experience was great (great decor, comfy bed etc) but the staff was the best part!

Overall, super cute and a great location. The train was loud and woke us up each night but otherwise the hotel was really quiet. We didn’t love the beds or the pillows, but that is probably just personal preference. Lobby area is a great place to have coffee or hang out and it’s so close to tons of good food! Would recommend to friends and stay here again.

Loved our stay at the ONE11. The staff was very nice, the hotel is beautifully designed and the location was just perfect. Easy to walk to all the attractions in the French Quarter. The bedding was quite comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Oh I wish they had either a community microwave or in room.So much good food We could not bring anything back.to eat for later.And we couldnt figure out how the fridge worked it never got cold.but it was ok we just used ice for our drinks. Overall great trip!definetly will stay there again.
