Everything about our stay was absolutely magical! The staff, property, and location were all amazing. The parking garage is a little expensive, but it’s NYC, so I get it. Will definitely stay again!

Every part of the hotel was loud. Hotel claimed to offer room changes and upgrades (standard “well we tried to accommodate you” policy stuff) but I asked for a refund as I had to leave due to the noise level - in the room, lobby, everywhere - couldn’t read a book & enjoy the stay

The hotel is closed to the venue for the event that I was attending. So it was a convenient and affordable option. I had some trouble closing the curtains, locating bottled water, and with noises next door and required assistance from the front desk. They handled all the problems very well. I didn't have any problem with the nightclub noises from my room. The room is a good size for a Manhattan hotel and has a great view of the Empire State Building. Overall, a good experience.
