No big complaints! Would recommend! Clean room, working heater. Some light bulbs were out, electrical plugs loose, the problems I accept in the price range. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was great for times square and Broadway! Close to central park too!

The room was very clean, staff was all extremely friendly. The elevators were tinyyyy but it seemed like they were doing something about that because one of them was closed for renovations. We had a great stay here!

We love the location, the size of the rooms, the fridge and microwave in the room. They still haven’t fixed the one main guest elevator since our last stay. Waiting for an elevator that isn’t already full is a nuisance - especially if you’re trying to get somewhere on time!

Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was helpful and friendly. One of the elevators was being renovated at the time, and the heating system was noisy but otherwise the room was fine.
