My son and girlfriend actually where the once that traveled from the west coast to New York for the first time on their own to see a show. They expressed the area was great to walking distance to the show and restaurants. But the hotel itself was very small and compact. To where the bed needed to be folded out to be able to sleep and folded up if they needed to move around the room.

The marketing for the hotel is good, however is not what it is once you get there. The staff from reception are rude. Need some manners. Terrace was closed, bar closes at 11pm. Good thing about it, security, close to Times Square, view if you pay for a nice view room. Some of the staff that are by the kiosk are really nice people compare to reception. They charge pretty much for everything, not a deposit but a charge of 43 per night supposedly for service. Conditions of the room are ok, not well maintained, WiFi doesn’t work in some rooms ( I got 2 rooms).

The hotel was great and clean . The staff was friendly and professional. You won't go wrong staying here . It's a really cool neighborhood in Hells Kitchen right around the corner from Times Square.

Room was clean, hotel was clean, no type of Courtesy water, tea, or coffee in rooms, 1 of my light bulbs were out over the bedside, TV remote wasn’t properly working. No microwave in the entire hotel. To many fee’s due once you check in I pay for 2 rooms in full over booking site just to pay an extra $100. The desk has multiple stains on it in both room, sick gets stopped up with running water. I just feel like it was not worth the price I paid. But the room was very clean

Amazing Hotel! The staff is very friendly and kind. The check in and checkout process is very easy. It’s at a good spot the bus is right around the corner if you don’t feel like walking. The room is very nice for the price. Highly recommend if you are coming to visit. The bus terminal is also very close.

Had to change room as bed broke, new room was still date. rooms with functions not avalible/ poor condition. Staff service poor, they would deal with other guests when you were raising an issue. On last day I got up and some of the covers had come away, the stains on the mattress turned my stomach!
