Newly installed central Heating and Air. Parking for 5 vehicles. A very short distance to the Linville Falls Winery, Linville Caverns, Linville Falls, Blue Ridge Parkway, and Grandfather Mountain. Home is located right off of Highway so you will have easy access to the ski slopes in the winter. **PLEASE NOTE, the actual GPS address is 8452 Linville Falls, Hwy. LINVILLE FALLS, NC. **Distance to Grandfather mountain is automatically generated, in actuality it is closer to 15-20 minutes.
