Our street is private so there is no through traffic. You are very close to great hiking and biking trails as well as area Linville and Newland amenities.

You will have full and private access to the entire cabin and its surrounding property during your stay. Enjoy your own private mountain getaway.

* **Security Note:** For your security, a camera is located on the exterior of the front door. It is only accessed if a problem occurs.

**Inside, you'll find:**

* A dedicated workspace for those needing to stay connected.
* Sleeping for 5: A stow-away cot is available for the fifth guest, which is quite comfortable and sized for someone up to 6' tall.

* **Check-in/Check-out:** Due to our team's detailed cleaning process, which requires the full turnover window, we are unable to accommodate requests for early check-in or late check-out. Thank you for your understanding.

* **Hot Tub:** Our hot tub is serviced weekly by a certified technician. While it is generally in very good condition, its availability cannot be guaranteed. If an issue arises between service visits, our local technician can typically address it within 24 hours.

* **Coffee & Comfort:** A combination drip-style and pod coffee maker is available for your use, and we provide ground coffee to get you started. Pro tip: Toss a pair of bedroom shoes in your bag for the walk to and from the hot tub on cool evenings!
