Absolutely disgusting!!! The floors in the hallway were dirty and then our room was even worse! The walls in our room had red candy like substance on them and the chair looked as if gum had been stuck to it. I would never ever stay at a Quality Inn again especially the one in Niagara Falls Blvd. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Just disgusting

Our room was dirty, especially the bathroom, hair and dark spots on the floor. Our room phone had dark stains on it. The floor wasn't cleaned and the bedding seemed okay but very wary. Front desk was very helpful and nice, gave great recommendations for dinner.

Property was very dirty, I changed room twice because bedsheet was not cleaned, on the table something dirty was. Ac was terrible not good for familys with children. In breakfast area all over mosquito on food items, people left open buter packets near the food, was terrified.

Do not recommend.

Had to ask for the room to be serviced and still didn't get it. Room could be opened without a key. When informed about it, they felt the best course of action was to remove a piece from the door. Will not be booking another stay here in the future and do not recommend.

I went there to stay with my 3 girls hoping to walk into a nice air conditioned hotel where we could Relax after a 5 hour drive , I haven’t been on a girls trip with my daughters in a very long time . What we walked into Was NOT what we expected - the pool was brown and it was SO hot in there I wanted to throw up. We ended up walking right out
