The customer service here was subpar. It didnt feel like a 4 star property. The AC service was poor. Our room always felt hot and muggy with damp sheets. The tub/shower was very difficult to access since my mother is aging. The TV has no English channels. There should be a smart TV with apps. Concierge is really no help. Would not go back.

It was ok! Cleaning hit and miss constantly asking for toilet roll replacement as maids didn’t replenish when cleaning room and also having to repeat requests for bath towels /hand towels as they didn’t have enough! Quite far from main town so appreciated the quietness but same time not much choice of restaurants in area as quick food cafes. Rooftop pool great views but too busy /no sun beds available till 5pm! Then Tried to sit in pool cafe area but service terrible to order snacks/coffee and not good quality at all! Private beach area cafe lovely to have snacks & beverages but pricy!

Radisson Blue Suite

We booked a $900 a night Suite and though it was spacious the lack of a microwave and mini frig was disappointing. The bathroom shower door area had old and cracked sealant as the door would close completely. The bathroom drain was working ~ 50%. Lastly on two occasions the front desk & concierge gave us incorrect information which caused us many hours of extra waiting at the airport. I am a frequent traveler and would have expected a Radisson to have a small shop in the lobby area to buy incidentals. Feel free to contact me Call me on cell 772-486-0308 ...

I think it will help to add more staff we had to carry our luggages upstairs because no one else but one personnel was available and could not leave the front desk. Pool closes too early due to understaffing. The corridors/ hallways had a weird smell, deodorants here could go a long way to help. Over all the location is great and the bedroom nice just didn’t like the service and experience.

We loved staying at this spacious hotel. The room was amazing, great facilities and large balcony. Well stocked mini bar too. Staff were very attentive especially Mahud at the beach. Both the pool and beach area were great. I felt the pool area was a bit understaffed but the staff did their best to serve you. It’s 20mins or so in the bus or tram into nice old town but both were just there by the hotel. Will definitely return if I’m able.

This place is nice. Has a nice terrace. It’s generally clean but it was super humid in our room even with air conditioning, no fans in the bathroom so it would get quite wet everywhere when someone would shower. There was also a lot of mold on the ceiling, from water damage so that wasn’t great. The room itself was an okay size. It was kind of far from all the things you may want to do in old town (about a 50 minute walk). But otherwise the facilities are fine and it’s pretty good, just maybe not worth the price or if you want to pay more, stay somewhere a bit closer to Old Nice.
