Really nice older place in north conway, central to everything youd want to do in town. Im just glad it wasnt peak summer heat because the AC unit in the room barely functioned- it just wasnt powerful enough to keep the room cool but we dealt with it. Otherwise super friendly staff, nice but small indoor pool and hot tub, spacious room with a bigger fridge than most hotels have. Bathroom could afford some updates but given this is a nearly 100 year old hotel, i can't exactly fault them that. Overall a very pleasant long weekend stay, the price was totally fair and id definitely come back again, but not during peak summer months bc of the AC. Also if you're into antique cars, youll love the old Ford in the lobby!

Drinks from the lobby store were expired in February and March. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, outside porch light didn’t work, 1 trash can in entire room, most machines including 1 ice machine was broken(there were only 1 ice machines), pool towels were the size of hand towels, the breakfast buffet had extremely limited options that were very over cooked.

Not as good as it once was, but price softens the blow. Love coffee 24 hours Starbucks! Complimentary breakfast in the morning, not a fan, but they do have fruit, toast, bagels and cereal. Great place if you’re on a budget , but can still have fun in North Conway. Close too everything

This place is awesome! Best breakfast selection I have ever seen included in the price of your room. Plenty of outlets nearby for those who like to shop and great places to eat out just minutes away. My friends and I found this hidden gem a few years ago and keep coming back!

Shame on you Green Granite !!!

Made reservation and paid in advance in full. Tried to check in at Green granite and was told they are closed for cleaning, my reservation has been changed to the “ sister “ up the street, Holiday Inn Express. It had 5 or six storage containers and a dumpster in the front parking lot. Place is a hole and not what I paid for. An email to soften the blow would have been nice. Staff, front desk and breakfast host were great. Big disappointment

Waist of money....

I was so disappointed with this trip., I paid alot of extra money just to have a jacuzzi tub. But then when I get there to check in, the hotel tells us that they are under renovation an sending everyone to a hotel down the street. Wich was a dirty old holiday Inn.. Wich there rooms were also under renovation an they don't have rooms with a jacuzzi tubs. It totally ruined the trip a waist of money never again...
