This oceanfront single family home spares no expenses. The living/dining areas open right up to the oceanfront patio and balcony. Enjoy ocean views all day long in the gorgeous, luxury kitchen. The oceanfront patio has a BBQ, patio furniture, and your own private spa. Nothing was spared in this home, from the cookware and bakeware to the linens. Come escape to luxury on the beach!

The home is stocked with everything you'll need at your fingertips - beach towels, linens - even spices and cooking gadgets. We want you to have everything you need to cook as much as you'd like during your stay!

All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.

Great oceanfront property

Beautiful house, great layout and in a fantastic area. We had 11 bedrooms occupied for meetings (using the ground floor living room as a conference room). Great food options within a mile. My team has already requested that we go back to the same property for our next outing!

Good for Group of 20+ but Property Management is Mediocre

If you are looking for a single unit that will fit your group (ours was 24 people), these two combined units worked well. The ocean view was beautiful and the furnishings were nice. It's two units combined, and it's a narrow building right on the beach, so the layout of the space is chaotic; be ready for lots of stairs. The entry codes we had been given did not work. When you have 8 different families with small children arriving after a few hours of travel, expecting to be able to go inside right away, this can be a disaster. We were not able to access the unit until about 45 min after our check in time, and we did so by entering through the unlocked sliding glass door from the beach level. We eventually were given the correct codes. The Beachfront Only team has a monumental task of managing these giant properties. Unfortunately it seems that their customer service are poorly managed and organized. Almost every time I texted about an issue, I got a different reply from a different person. Because of some elderly family members, we had requested access to the elevator months before, weeks before, and then days before. They kept replying to us that we could not put in a request until check-in. Even then, we were not given access until the second day of our stay. Each room has a mini-split air conditioner and over the course of 4 night stay, several needed to be serviced. There was also a broken door handle and a broken ceiling fan. We got to know the repair guys well.

Awesome for large families!

We had a fabulous time at this house with a large group 20 family members and 2 infants. It’s hard to find a house with this many bedrooms and soo much privacy but enough space to hang out as a group. It was confusing at first with 4 levels plus a roof deck but we really enjoyed the entire property. Beautiful location, stunning view and a nice walk from town. Well equipped and the hot tubs were fun. The only challenge was no dishwasher on the bottom floor but we Would definitely return.

Good for corporate retreats

The property was nice and in a great location. It’s four levels plus the roof, and the views are extraordinary. The listing didn’t say (or I didn’t remember) that it has an elevator which was helpful for some of our guests. The property management company was responsive when I called them with issues, and there were a few (A/C in one room extremely loud, for example). There are two small jacuzzis but neither worked properly. There are multiple kitchens and refrigerators which made eating easy. The furniture was plentiful and in good shape.

Very nice house!

Great stay! Plan your meals for the bottom floor even though there are 3 different kitchens. I should have payed for the elevator for my slightly disabled 79 year old father. It would have made his trips up and down stairs easier. Two spas. Great view! Fantastic place! If I was to every do it again. Beachfront Properties in Oceanside is the way to go.
