The bed was too hard, the pillows are way too soft, and there are rusting patches on the wall that can easily be remedied. The pictures on the website are definitely from when the place was brand new. The staff was nice. You cannot enter through the backdoors so you have to walk through the front lobby each time.

Manager is a thief & a fraud. Tried stealing $2,600k from us with no proof of damages. Banging on our door in the hallway at 10p threatening us with a police escort..asks for a $200 deposit & will not return. Terrible experience ever. Do not stay there

The manager (Jennifer) was very helpful and friendly. The property was clean. The only thing that could have made it better would be a better coffee. The coffee in the morning that was offered in the lobby was not very good. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The gentleman staff was very pleasant and helpful checking in. Then checking out the two female staff were very lazy and did not want to be be bothered. Did not want to work. The coffee bar at 7:30 in the morning had NOTHING. NO CUPS NO SNACKS. The girls said not open until 8:30. When I checked in they said 6:30 am. Somebody get it right
