When I got off the elevator on the 4th floor there was a horrible odor. The carpet in the hall was filthy. The carpet in my room was filthy as well. There was a base tile in the bathroom laying on the floor, the wallpaper was peeling off the walls, the toilet seat was peeling and the shower caddy that hold the shampoo, body was & conditioner fell off the wall. AC only works in the on position, not in auto mode. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

I got to hotel and got checked in. 4th floor. I noticed the pool and hot tub is out of order. Then one of the elevators is down too. So we get in our room and I Start looking around. I used to do housekeeping at a hotel so I know the standards of cleanininess expected from the management. Anyway there's blood stains on the mattress in the room and also when I pulled out the couch mattress it also had blood stains. It was disgusting. They refused to give me a refund at the front since I went through hotels.com. I got pictures. So ended up switching rooms , there's a stain on the pull out mattress again. That's two different rooms that had bloody stained mattresss. Very disgusting.
