No staff present at check in for 25mins. We were then sent to the wrong room that was dirty. When given our correct room, front desk didn't have any remorse for the poor service and lack of attention to customers. Each time in lobby it felt like we were not welcome. Very awkward.

Terrible!!!!!

Where do I even start?...I know there are fees with every stay and with every hotelbut i was surprised about the$150 hold and for up to 10 days is crazy to me! I chose a room with a king bed and 2 queen beds which is what i wanted so that is probably the only thing I was happy about. The bathroom had stained towels that were more cream color than white. The tub had a rod but no shower curtain. There is no phone in the room to call front desk so I googled the number to call from my cell phone. Front desk clerk told me there is no shower curtain and that we are to shower with no curtain. I did shower and water was everywhere on the counter and floor. There was no microwave. The only mirror was the one in the bathroom. Most hotels have a full length mirror, this one does not. The beds were horrible! They were the most uncomfortable I have ever experienced. I slept on the king bed and when rolling over you would sink into areas on each side. I highly highly do NOT recommend. Save your money and stay elsewhere!!

First reserved room toilet flushing issue. Staff gave us another room, and it had smoke smell inside. So, I requested to move to another non-smoking room. Staff was supportive give us third room on 4th floor. Though A/C fan was loud, overall cleanliness was good.
