Superb location and our room with sea view perfect. Helpful staff, very clean. Food at breakfast and (once) in evening not up to standard of the hotel, but we will return as lots of dining options within 10 minutes walk.

Good location and parking on-site. Close to restaurants and shopping at the marina. Property could use a refresh, especially the carpets which were very dirty in the public areas. Please clean the elevator shafts as they are disgusting. Do not swim in the pool. I saw 10 seagulls swimming in the pool in the early morning. Very good staff at front desk and at bar.

From the moment you arrive, you can feel truly special thanks to the incredibly polite and professional staff. The hotel employees are true ambassadors of hospitality. Always smiling, helpful, and ready to fulfill any request. The receptionists are exceptionally courteous, and their knowledge of the local area is impressive. The restaurant team pays attention to every detail – from perfectly served dishes to personalized service. The rooms are spacious, luxuriously furnished, and impeccably clean. The views from the rooms overlooking Ria Formosa are breathtaking – especially at sunrise. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the decor promotes relaxation.The hotel’s spa is a true oasis of peace. The pool with its view of the Ria Formosa lagoon is stunning, and the variety of treatments offered at the spa allows for complete rejuvenation. Mini November break

We decided to stay for 5 nights for some winter sunshine. The spa was very good and excellent value for money. The hotel is very nice but would only consider it to be 4 star as some areas of the hotel do need to be updated. Buffet breakfast was great every morning. Olhão is worth a visit for a couple of days, however at this time of year a lot of places are closed

Comfortable stay for a week on a golf trip. Staff were helpful and on the mornings we had to leave before breakfast they provided a breakfast bag. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was very good and the local town was full of good and well priced restaurants
