Rooms were disgusting, I would not even shower there. Carpets are old, stained and gross. Bathrooms are dirty. Pull out couch matress was a couple inches thick and terribly uncomfortable. Overall feeling is quite drab, depressing and outdated. Breakfast was fair at best. Would not recommend a stay here. Had I not been exhausted upon arrival, I would have demanded a refund and went to find another hotel.

Really good place to stay for the money. Breakfast some days was a little left to be desired. They're doing a good job of keeping this hotel looking good even though it's a little dated. The coffee was good and the staff was very accommodating.

Only negative mold in the shower area, and shower rod did not hold the shower curtain properly (needs a straight bar not a slanted one) other than that it was clean. Breakfast was very good! Cleaning staff were very noisy, talking very loudly to each other in hallway. Could hear them in the rooms with the door closed. But everything else was fine.

It was your average Orlando hotel to just go to sleep after a whole day at the park. Beds were good, breakfast was also good, cleaning in the bathroom and common area could be improved. Super close to universal parks.
