Staff very friendly and accommodating! Older hotel needs some upgrades. Would not swim in hotel pool. Breakfast pretty decent. Not a very convenient location. Says it’s walkable to City Walk but it’s far. Shuttle service on time but a little unorganized and very crowded. Reservations are needed to ride shuttle and have to walk next door to Holiday Inn to catch.

It was not what I was expecting

The conditions of the hotel were greatly different in my opinion to the pictures that were shown on hotels. The shower and bathroom were a lot different much smaller and the condition was older quite older and fixed with gobs of silicone around tubs cracks. They had tried to update the shower and tub and non-professionally done very badly done with poops of silicone there was a strange odor in the bathroom that really kind of made me sick. Comforter had some stains to it and TV was not working well.

The rooms were very clean The beds were very comfortable The water pressure In the shower was amazing And they have a shuttle Two Universal So that was awesome as well If I ever go back to Florida to go to Universal This will be where I stay Thank you so much for the great experience
