Overall I enjoyed the hotel. The lobby is nice, but rooms, primarily the bathrooms can be updated. I'd like to see more offered in the gym as well. Parking was well available and staff was very friendly. I would stay again.

I booked this hotel bc it said it had free breakfast and i was staying w 3 kids. It was not advertised correctly. Turns out theres a starbucks kiosk on site that is rarely open and “free breakfast” was for 2 in my party of 4 and was a muffin, yogurt and juice. My oarty was 4 ppl… why would “free breakfast” only be for 2, and should have been advertised better. I expected what all other hotels offer for free breakfast. Disappointed and hungry. There was also no free late night coffee or anything, the starbucks wasnt open at 6:30am nor noon.. very scattered

Rooms are old and boring Carpets in the room and hallways are old and sticky Curtain in the bathroom like 30 years ago. No breakfast Very average in the Orlando area

We had an excellent stay at the Courtyard by Marriott! We were greeted by the wonderful overnight manager, Paul, who got us checked in very promptly and accommodated us with all the requests we had. Our room was very clean and very comfortable. The breakfast is wonderful, both food and service!!!!! The coffee is great too. Checkout was fast and easy. I would absolutely stay here again, and would encourage others to do so.

The location is excellent for various dining and entertainment options at Icon Park. My only complaint is that the bed was so hard I could have slept on the floor and had the same comfort level.

The staff was amazing. Very friendly helpful and polite. The location is great. Love the set up of the room with easy access to the pool through the backdoor of the room. However, the bed is terrible. Its the most uncomfortable bed i have ever tried to sleep on. The sofa bed for my daughter had a tiny blanket and no pillows. When we asked for two pillows for her the very apologetic staff who really tried to comply only managed to come up with one pillow and they truly seemed to feel bad about it. Staff amazing but comfort leaves a lot to be desired

The staff was very nice, and accommodating! The property and room was well maintained, clean, and tidy. There were a lot of restaurants nearby since it’s super close to ICON park, but there’s also a lot of traffic.

I highly recommend this hotel. We stayed here for 3 days and were very satisfied. The value for money was excellent. The hotel offers breakfast as well as free parking included in the price, with no additional charges. There were also no hidden fees like you usually encounter in Orlando. The hotel is located in a great area, close to many attractions, outlets, malls, and theme parks. Within a few minutes’ walk, you can also find some excellent restaurants. We will definitely recommend it to our friends as well.
