Our stay was below average and thats because a couple of team members were kind and helpful. Room looked clean but once we were inside we noticed some things. Like tge chair was stained and dirty. Floors looked clean but once we walked around our socks turned black within 10 mins. Phone didnt work, a/c would get cool but not cold as much as we yurned it down. But the worst was the uneasy feeling of people smoking right next to doors. There was also a man on sunday morning just seating on the stairs dressed not appropriately to be in public smoking two cigarettes at once and didn't matter how many times i said excuse me while bringing my things down, he didn't mov3 an inch. I felt unsafe for my self a d my children. It was listed as complementary breakfast, yet all there was available was bread, cereal and not good coffee. We might not stay here again unless it changes.

Down on your lock hotel

Room was by the highway, streetlights or hotel lights came through the room window. There was nothing to block it. The curtains were filthy like they never were clean. They had a coffee machine in the room with no pot. The outside look unsafe and could use a facelift.

good stay, for the money

Our room was clean enough to stay in and beds are comfortable. However the room could use a makeover or at least wash the drapes and fix the wall near the door. There was also an outside light that lighted up the room at night. Very difficult to sleep.

This place was disgusting had mold on the curtains and the walls. The shower was stained, the sheets were stained. Wouldn’t recommend a homeless person to stay here
