Lobby was not very clean and there were leaks in the roof. we never had housekeeping come and clean our room even though I called two times and was told they'd be coming. some electrical outlets didn't work. I have stayed at a lot of Hilton properties and loved them but I was very disappointed in this one

We waited over an hour for our room, which was not ready upon arrival. We were there for one night and had plans for that evening, needless to say they were ruined. Luckily we were able ( just barely) to make our show time. This was unacceptable and no compensation was offered to us. We felt as though we did not matter.

Beautiful property. Rooms very nice and the staff very friendly. I will keep this in mind again. I’m very happy with the room, bathroom, view, food, they have ice cream shop. While I was waiting to check in because I got here early, I sat in the lobby and read and watched multiple staff members come through and wipe things down and fluff the pillows on the couch.

My family came from Vegas for a vacation for two of my children’s birthdays. The initial desk lady was so nice. She allowed us to leave our luggage as it was not time for check in yet. She told us what room we would be in on return. We came back, she was gone but a young man was there. He switched us to a handicapped room on the second floor instead of the initial room that was promised with a pull out couch. He was not compromising at all and was like oh well. He also lied and said they were booked so we had no choice. Defeated I left but returned to try again, MsLinda was there and so sweet! She gave us a room on the 14th floor with everything we paid for. I appreciate her kind ear and willingness to make this the best vacation ever. Also the daily buffet is sooo good! Shot out to the omelette lady!Very close to the parks! We would stay again.

The ceiling was falling down in the lobby during our stay. The wait to check in was long “the computer is slow” but staff was super friendly and helpful. Our room was much smaller than the last room we had at this hotel during our stay. The elevators malfunctioned and we had to take the stairs in order to check out. Also the Starbucks at the hotel no longer uses Starbucks points.
They have a fountain and some really sweet ducks! My kids loved this along with the little game room and proximity to universal studios ! ❤️

The room is not ready when we’re checked in. We need to wait for about 30 minutes from 4 pm. We got accessible room because it’s only room that ready. The door was jammed and we waited for 1.5 hours, the front desk explained what’s going on after 4th times we followed with her that they didn’t have technician until 9:30 am. We couldn’t continue with our sleep and went anywhere because of that. How can big hotel but no technician with different shifts that can cover 24 hours for any issues in hotel.
