I enjoyed this hotel during our stay. We visited universal IOA and it is definitely walkable, but the hotel offers shuttles throughout the day. The sign up for these shuttles was super easy - just visit the universal counter the day before and pick a time. We also had no problems getting the return shuttle. They were offered for universal and epic universe. We utilized shuttles for both. The hotel room was always clean and towels were changed when we arrived back in the evenings. The room was big for just us 2. There is a Walgreens, hot pot, sushi, and other restaurants within walking distance. This is awesome when you don’t want to rent a car. Also, the staff was friendly and let us check in early. We waited in the lobby until we could check in and the lounging area is very comfy and I’m glad they will take your luggage if you want to walk around. I’ve really never had a bad experience at a Hilton and I will definitely continue to use them in the future!

This was a very frustrating visit. I booked a room with one bed and a chaise. When we got to the room there was no chaise but an exercise bike. This was an issue due to my husband struggling at times with the beds and needing to sleep more elevated. The room was advertised one way and what we got was something else and there was nothing done past giving us sheets to put on the ground for my husband.

Convenient location within walking distance to Universal Studios. Clean and quiet in safe neighborhood. Staff friendly and helpful. Only downside was that expense of parking, but the staff discount the rate because we stayed longer.
