We had a fantastic time. One of the best Embassy Suites we have stayed at so far. We love the Happy Hour and we had a chance to try some items from their new food menu - delicious!

The check in staff was GREAT. But unfortunately that was the only great thing. The room was not clean.. we found an empty coke bottle on the floor of the room, which wasn’t ours. Our baby has been crawling on that same floor that obviously hadn’t been cleaned. Additionally the outdoor pool was dirty; my kids who love to swim refused to go in it. We booked this hotel because it came up on Expedias search response to “shuttle to Sanford airport” this hotel does NOT have a shuttle to Sanford airport. I wouldn’t have booked this if I’d known that and now had to pay a separate car service to get there. Super disappointing.

Not as modern as some hotels, but its spacious, very clean (we were on the 4h floor), staff was pleasant, the restaurant food was delish, breakfast too. It suprised me to see an omelet station. The free happy hour is laid back, it has a nice lounge (in the middle of a hotel) vibe. Shuttle to and from the airport, that and the breakfast is what sold me, everythingelse was a plus. After spending 100 getting to and from the port i needed a free ride.

Enjoyed our stay! Breakfast was incredible for continental! The build your own inlet bar was so wonderful! Only downfall was the bartender was incredibly unhelpful and slow about any type of ordering of drinks. She truly did not want to participate in any type of serving of people. Front desk staff was great and rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. My only reservation is that if you plan on sleeping with four people in this hotel room, please reconsider as the pullout couch will only fit one comfortably.
