Infested with cockroaches!!! The rooms are full of insects. It's dirty. No service to clean the rooms We have to change our own towels at reception.Lunch consisting of bread and cereals This is what happens when dirty immigrants own a hotel!!

Floors dressers and night stands were sticky. Towels and sheets were stained. This property charges 100 plus a night. I have stayed at 60 a night hotels that were in a lot better shape. This hotel needs a massive overhaul. Yes its in a good location for universal and all but the only good thing was the staff. We left universal early on our second day and even tho we were exhausted from the day we drove 2 hours home to stay at home instead of the hotel. Thats how bad it was and we had paid for a second night up front. We threw away 100 plus dollars to go home instead

Good for the price

Room was clean and comfortable. A little bit of humidity smell but nothing major. We were surprised they did not provide cleaning only by request. So we just asked for a change of towels and pick up trash which they forgot . Overall it was good. Breakfast was ok.

Room had dead cockroaches. Requested a new room on the third floor; a guy was bleaching the walls and floor of the hallway and everything in the room was sticky. Staff was cordial though unprompted stated that refunds have to be taken up with Expedia which probably means they get asked that a lot. Did not stay, will be requesting a refund.
