The rooms were incredibly outdated and the rooms were not clean. The door to the room didn't even sit on the frame properly and if you caught it from the right angle you could see into the room from outside. It was incredibly unsafe and despite boasting no smoking, it was evident the room next to me had previously held a guest who'd been smoking marijuana. Definitely not worth the price in the least. Overpriced hovel are the words that come to mind. The staff also asked me if my friend had service animals or emotional support pets which they would not tolerate and I'm pretty sure they're not legally allowed to even ask to differentiate.

Property itself was ok, however the staff sucked, they hardly spoke English, let children run ramped in the breakfast area unsupervised, I saw roaches in the bathroom, the noise was terrible

The room was OK until we saw the roaches. The staff was friendly. Food at breakfast was ok, but not the greatest ..offered bagels no cream cheese. Staff was not tentative to replacing food that was gone. It was ok for the money, but just wish the had better extermination. The roaches were German roaches and I’m praying didn’t take a ride in our suitcases home.

First night was HORRIBLE. Loud neighbors. Screaming and cussing at 7am. Knocking and running away. It was HORRIBLE. Then workers tried walking in twice. I’m not sure why. I had the latch shut so they couldn’t get in. It was just my daughter and I. The AC in the room was SO LOUD. Everytime it would turn off it would make a screech noise.
