We had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. The room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up, making it easy to relax and feel at home. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed, yet still peaceful. What truly stood out was the hospitality: friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. You can tell they really care about their guests’ experience. Half of the outlets and lights in the room did. Kt work. The water pressure is mediocre. The cleaning staff changed our hvac from cooling to heating. The pillows are all very firm and there were no spare blankets

The hallways had a clean smell, hotel grounds were clean, staff friendly, but housekeeping never made the beds when they came in, even when there was nothing sitting on our beds (personal items), The plumbing was not good, both bathroom sinks had a very slow drain and the toilet clogged on the last night due to poor plumbing. The coffee was pretty good, they only had caffeinated tea bags which I found strange, no chamomile, the breakfast was very limited and extremely crowded. The location of the hotel is great though, overall it was decent. Oh and the bed sheets had stains all over though, and they did not have regular hotel blankets, very strange material for the bedding. They did offer free warm cookies every evening which the kids enjoyed. That was a nice touch.

The pros and cons of Galleria Palms: Staff, especially Freddy, super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Comfortable beds. Good HVAC in room. Generally quiet. Not so good: Housekeeping. Bathroom is worn and stained, but also not 100% clean, i.e. hair on shower walls. I asked for housekeeping one day during my 6 day stay. I came back to find coffee pods, toilet paper and kleenex had not been replenished, Soiled bathmat removed but not replaced. Both bathroom sinks and bathtub had dripping faucets. Nothing major, but enough little annoyances that I will look for something else next time.
