When I stayed, I had two separate bookings because I wanted to extend my stay. And I didn’t realize the bookings were made separately as well as different room types. Upon checking in I asked and they made the change and kept me in the same room. (Because it was still available fortunately) Great stay!

Really nice place. Close to all of the Disney attractions. A lot of food options, shopping and night life. Only complaint would be that the kitchen didn’t have anything in it. No plates, silverware, glasses, nothing. Thought that was pretty odd.

Very Surprised. The outside looks somewhat run down but my room was great. Clean, friendly staff, easy check in and out. Checked on us via text several times to make sure we were ok and enjoying our stay. We loved this place. Will definitely stay here again next time.

Horrible Hotel Experience!!!

First off the room wasn't what we expected at all. It seem like an empty space in the hotel that they turned into a room. It felt like we were staying in the hallway. Our room was the only room in the hotel that didnt have a gate/banister so anyone standing outside loading there car or just standing outside was right in front our window We had absolutely no chance to open our curtains at all, because our room location was also pickup and drop off for the hotel. Last, but not least. There was someone's dirty underwear in our room. We was very disappointed with the stay!

I wish I knew about the deposit they took and I have to wait 7-10 days to get back. Some hair in the tub and sheets but nothing a Clorox wipe and spray couldn’t take care of. Great place to stay I would stay again

Good experience overall

The check-in process was easy, staff was great, and the breakfast was delicious. Only complaint was that the hot tub was out of service and helicopter tours fly above constantly.
