Area around the property was great. The property itself was to be desired. We stayed in room 318. Our door had to be slammed in order to close. We had to go down to the front desk to ask for towels to which the lady only wanted to give us two when our reservation was for 3 people and the room sleeps 4. The breakfast was nothing more than waffles, toast, cereal, mini muffins, and some juice. I will say that the cleaning staff were very sweet, but did not speak English, so to communicate with them you had to know Spanish. The biggest issue that I am now having is that you are required to put a $75 security deposit down on the room upon check in. No big deal. However, I have yet to get that back AND I have since seen another $50 charge on my other account. My sisters and I literally just used this room to sleep in. We were at Universal all weekend.

They gave me a dirty room with mold. I asked for another one, the other one they gave me the bed wasn’t made so I went back and ask the man in the front desk if this was all a joke. (Indian, tall and nasty attitude , hold my passport with 1 finger). Fast forward he refuse to refund me because I sat more than 2 hours in the first room, mind you I did not notice the mold/smell/and the tub until I was ready to shower. So I start going off saying I need my money, they called the police and gave me a trespassing. I was on vacation, this man ruined my vacation. I have to fought Expedia for my refunds.

Broken doors, leaking water in the bathroom. TV does not work. The Breakfast was absolutely bad, no juice, no milk, no yogurt, just bread and waffles. This is the worst place that I have arrived in a long time.

The hotel needs maitenance, there was a flooded floor. I stayed in this hotel twice in two rooms in a span of two weeks. Breakfast was ok. Rooms need maintenance, the faucet broke when I tried using it, there were ants and other insects inside the bedroom. One of the rooms had a strong humidity smell. No hand towels or phone to call reception to request them in one of the rooms. It is a cheap hotel, so you get what you pay for. I travelled from Canada, 5 of my credit cards did not go through, for no aparent reason, it might be black listed, and they don't accept cash payments.

The staff at the front desk was very nice u til I asked to check out. There was a huge water spit In the hallway towards the room. When inside room it smelt like cat urine so I immediately checked out.
