When entering the property, there are two large gates, which would give someone comfort for safety, but they serve no purpose! Just ring the bell and they let anyone in so I'm not sure what the purpose of those are. Checking in, I was told there was a resort fee of 34 dollars per day, but in my confirmation email it says A RESORT FEE, meaning singular. Very deceiving. The building is split into 3 parts, with elevators in only the first and third building. If you're in the second building, be prepared to go on a hike just for ice. The only thing that is in walkable distance is a Taco Bell, but no gift shops. Not conveniently located, which is what I was looking for. The rooms were clean, but my family nicknamed it alligator alcatraz due to the layout.

So clean it squeeks. Smells fresh. Breakfast great. Great place for families especially with children. Outside so pretty with little cabanas overlooking the lake. Reasonable rates but need to ADD resort fees for room rates per night not at total. A little diceiving. Over all, 5 stars. 5 miles from Disney and walking distance to a bunch of restaurants. We go to the parks 4 times a year and go there every time. Children's room, computer area, laundry.

Lovely Christian owned hotel

We were a little concerned with the area as we checked in after a day at Universal and it was dark. The property is gated, which is interesting and it's definitely not much to look at from the outside. But reception was very kind and professional at check in, the lobby was lovely and the rooms were suitable and comfortable. I probably wouldn't have wanted to stay for an extended time due to lack of amenities but it's affordable and the service is great. I loved the Christian atmosphere and art along the walls. The breakfast room is beautiful but crazy busy. Personally, the food wasn't super appealing to me but I typically avoid wheat and dairy so there isn't much otherwise. The location is close to parks, we didn't use the pool but looked like a nice area along with a playground. I would stay again for sure!

I stayed there with my family while on a trip to Disney. I was a little worried bc it’s one of the cheapest hotels, but I would definitely stay there again. First off, it’s a Christian hotel and they have random inspirational Bible verses all over. Breakfast is free and there’s good choices, eggs, yogurt, waffles, coffee, oatmeal, sausage, fruits, rooms are clean. The only thing they don’t have a microwave in the room but they do have microwaves in a sitting area on the 2nd floor for customers to use. The lobby looks nice. There’s an outdoor pool, there’s a bathroom near the pool area and there are towels available by the pool. The hotel is by a lake, there’s hammocks and seats where you can just sit and watch the water. Do not even think about going in the water bc there’s alligators and snakes, but I didn’t see any. The hotel is in a good neighborhood, plenty of restaurants and stores around, lots of food options. It’s about 30 mn away from the Disney parks and 30 mn from Orlando airport. My kids love it. I think the Disney hotels are way too expensive. Free breakfast is a plus!!
