We absolutely loved our stay at the Palazzo! It was a true hidden gem. Pulling up, we did not expect it to be as lovely as it was. It’s situated between a Hookah lounge and a bus stop… but don’t let the surroundings deter you. Not once did we question our safety. Great options for breakfast and tons of amenities for the kids. Slept great on the beds, staff was incredibly kind and cleanliness was 10/10. Might be our go to hotel in Orlando going forward.

The rooms are very clean, nice and big spacious. As for the breakfast, it was pretty good, could've been a little more better with the fruits, but oral, it was good. by the pool reasonable but very clean, but could have been a much bigger pool for the amount that people stays there and more Beach chairs. Front desk very professional and polite.

If you book this hotel through Expedia, be aware that you will be charged two separate fees labeled as “resort fees.” These fees supposedly cover room cleaning and a continental breakfast served from 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m amenities that should already be included in the standard room rate. The rooms do not include a couch or microwave, which was disappointing. Additionally, the staff were not helpful and did not seem concerned about addressing guest issues. Overall, this stay was not worth the amount I paid. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

We did not realize you had to call the schedule the cleaning staff so our room was not clean for 4 days and only once during the stay. The ice machine barely ever had ice in it, as there is 1 ice machine on the first floor for the entire complex. Breakfast is a nightmare, no matter what time we went there was seating and long lines. You cant take the food back to your room so we had to start having someone hold a table while everyone else got food. By the time the person that held the table got back with their food because it was so busy everyone else was done eating. Good food, but not great about refills or wiping down tables as people leave. Little store they have for pop and chips are way overpriced. The gate was nice for security but a pain to use. Pool was great and lots of seating, but they ran out of towels many times. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Terrible experience only two elevators at either end of massive property. Very limited parking. Landlord special on the rooms. Only one outlet on the other side of the room. Hot and cold water were switched in the shower. Shower entrance was opposite controls so you had to get soaked with cold water to turn it on. Two options boiling hot or freezing cold.

Very old property. Updated using repurposed items. Bathroom had very little lighting or ventilation. I don't care for the "all in one" bathroom. With little to no ventilation, after a shower, the bathroom felt like a sauna. The mirror was steamed over and we had to wait for it to clear and the steam to dissipate before we could deess, apply makeup, or do our hair. A hook somewhere for a bathrobe woild be a welcome addition. Housekeeping only services the rooms every three days. The property only has one ice machine for 222 rooms, so getting even a small amoint of ice for a cold drink in your room was impossible. We did not care.for.the continental breakfast at all. There was only one tiny trash can in the room that we had to empty daily to clear the trash out of our room. When we checked in, the refrigerator did not work and maintenance did reapond quickly and we had a replacement witjin 15 minutes. We enjoyed the strong water pressure and hot water. It is unlikely that we will return.

The breakfast was honestly pretty bad. They have guests doing almost everything themselves, which makes no sense when you’re paying for a hotel. You have to clear your own table, throw away the leftovers from your plate, wipe the table down, and stack the dishes in a specific area so someone else can wash them. That’s not what I expect when I’m staying at a hotel. They even control how many eggs you can have. The lady serving told me, “Only two,” and they were small eggs. I was serving myself and my 4 year old, so that felt ridiculous. There’s basically no regular housekeeping. They only clean the room if you request it, and otherwise it’s every three days. If you forget, you’ll be using the same towels for 3+ days. The TV in one of the rooms was really outdated, and the AC didn’t even have a remote. For the same price, there are way better options in Orlando. The place has potential, but it feels like they just don’t want to spend the money to hire enough staff for a hotel this size. It could be so much better with proper management and more employees.

⭐️ 1 out of 5 stars The only part of the Palazzo Hotel in Kissimmee, FL that looks nice is the lobby, it gives a good first impression. Unfortunately, the rest of the hotel is very outdated and clearly needs maintenance and renovations. The rooms feel old, worn, and not well kept, which made the overall stay very disappointing. On top of that, they charge a resort fee that is not justified at all, considering the condition of the facilities and the lack of amenities that would make it worth paying extra. If you are traveling with adults only and need a place urgently for just one night, it may work, but there are definitely much better options in the area. I would not stay here again.

Had a mix up with flights, we needed to vacate our condo with an unexpected 3 days to go. Great staff, clean room, best continental breakfast I have had ever. There are only 2 elevators in building 1 and 3. It’s a long walk up to floor 5. 30 mins from Orlando airport 25 minutes to Universal. Phenomenal pricing. Nice views, of the lake, decent sized pool.
