Everything was awesome! Room very clean and loved the shower! The staff was very nice and bilingual. The pool area and playground was awesome even had a bathroom and a walk out deck. Would definitely recommend to everyone!

Tried messaging them for a week no response I wanted to make sure I had a room with a tub. Check in took forever got to my room had a shower so moved me to another room two more times once again a shower so basically having to argue with front desk still no solution and actually told me they didn't receive anything from me even though it's on my Expedia where says contact hotel. Did that so how is it my fault they didn't answer my request? It says should get email from hotel but never did. She was nothing but rude and rooms look nothing like they do online and smells like a zoo nothing special about it at all. She said oh I can refund your money and I'm like I drove two hours to this hotel since I was visiting my fiance in the nursing rehab center. Now how am I supposed to find a hotel after 5 pm? Disappointed with this place and I would of got a room somewhere else if I knew they only have five tubs out of all the rooms they have? Has anyone ever had to ask a hotel for a room with a tub? No. Coffee in room Keurig no espresso like it says on website and the smell of the soap is ugh crappy clock and doesn't even set right. This place is a joke and a bunch of thieves. Maybe if they answered their messages or phones someone that was looking forward to a tub soak wouldn't be disappointed and treated like crap by staff. And their uniforms are ridiculous and stupid. What's the theme? Never again I better get my deposit back after I check out.
