We enjoyed our stay here . Very clean well kept property . It is located close to Disney and many shopping areas . Lots of great restaurants nearby and a Walmart just up the street .

Hotel was ok!!

We have stayed at numerous Hilton grand properties and this one was by far the lowest ranking. Staff was pleasant room was clean but kind of dated. Our room was on the 3rd level with no elevator. Room service never came within our 4night stay… we had to call someone to pick up trash… although it was an ok experience I will never stay there again

Excellent stay at a beautiful property . Susanna the Conceirge was very helpful with any questions we had . There were always pool chairs and any requests were filled right away . This was our 3rd stay and we’ll be back !

Hotel is safe, quiet, and well-maintained. It is conveniently located near shopping, dining, and attractions. The room is spacious for the two of us, resembling a two-bedroom condo with a full kitchen and all the necessary amenities. Staffs are very friendly.

Love, love, love this place!!! The condos are beautiful inside. Lots of room and very clean. Lots of staff working all day on the grounds. Everyone is very friendly and it is close to the main strip. Gated community so felt very safe. Will definitely stay here again!! 10/10

Another wonderful stay at Poly.

Our stay was wonderful, as usual. Great for older couples as there are not alot of activities for kids. Be sure to see Susanna at the front desk if you are interested in doing a "time share" presentation. She, along with the rest of the Polynesian family, provide excellent service.

Nice, quiet property. Villas are quite spacious but in a need of a refresh. Staff is very courteous, upbeat, and helpful. Was not crazy about the surprise "resort fee" at the end of my stay, hence the slight downgrade.
