Friendly staff in quiet area. Breakfast was limited in its options and extremely busy. There was only one elevator working while we were there and during peak times of the day it was a bit of a wait.

This property was fine for what I paid. But the maid service only came once and we had to ask for fresh towels, which were not readily available.. And there were little cracks in places, here and there. The room we stayed in smelled like air freshener when we first got there. And there was an outside light pointed right at our window which we could only partially block out with curtains. However, we got free breakfast and a pool and a shuttle that took us to and from SeaWorld, etc. and the location was good. So, yeah. It was fine.

Pool closes at 9, so don’t get comfy and think you will enjoy that amenity past that time. They literally make everyone get out of the pool area by that time, no exceptions!! The walk to Seaworld is OVER 20 minutes!!! NOT as advertised at 11, total and complete lie!! Only 2 elevators and 1 was not in working order.. as in for a low floor so you can walk if! Asked for additional bedding for the pull out, only to be told they didn’t have any to use! So why over a bed if you can’t make it!?!

Perfect Spot to Vacay

We absolutely loved our week stay here for Spring Break!! This place is in a safe location and the pool and free breakfast everyday made our stay so much better!! The rooms were perfect with everything you would need for staying a week. The hotel also offers a free shuttle to Sea World, Aquatica, & Discovery Cove. We will absolutely stay here again and recommend it to family’s on a long vacation!!

Overall it was a nice and quite stay. My rug going into the bathroom from my bedroom was very worn and tearing so everytime i would step there i would feel a nail coming through. The one reason i would never stay at this hotel again is they charge 26 dollar's a DAY to park your car. There is NO valet! I asked about the charge and they said we have security guards at the front gate. They also said they have security after midnight riding around. I stayed there for 5 days and the front gate was never down it was always up and opened and there was nobody at there little booth anyone could drive right through. I also would come back late at night with my car and NEVER saw 1 security guard! I think 26 dollars to park your car on there property when you are staying at there hotel is absolutely disgusting and greedy!!!

Overall a good experience. Had an issue with the first room we were given but they switched us to a different one very easily and we were happy with it. It’s definitely an older property but it was clean and comfortable. The beds were really great!
