We had an overall great stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott Orlando at SeaWorld and would consider staying here again. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our visit, which made a positive impression from the start. Breakfast was very good and well-prepared, though the menu was the same each day. While we enjoyed the quality, it would have been nice to see more variety, especially with additional milk and creamer options. On the weekends, they did add a fajita potato mix, which was a great touch and something we really enjoyed. Housekeeping was limited, to every couple of days for bed making and fresh towels, and no room service which is something to be aware of when planning your stay. One area that was disappointing for us was the pool. It is advertised as a heated pool, but it was very cold during our stay. The posted sign indicated it does not go above 84 degrees, which was too chilly for us to comfortably enjoy, and unfortunately kept us from using it at all. This was the only factor that would make us reconsider returning in the future. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay, and now that we know what to expect, we would stay here again. If the pool temperature were warmer, this would easily be a top choice for us.

Average hotel. Not sound-proof rooms. Good pool. Good location. Bad location of the elevator. You have to walk through the entire level one hall to get to the elevator. There's no signs anywhere in the first floor to let you know where the elevator is.

We had a check in New Year’s Day which was a horrible time to travel but that was on me. The part that frustrates me the most is cleaning was every other day which is fine but when you stay in a hotel you don’t expect the cleaning staff to steal your things from you. We had cleaning once in our 4 day stay and my AirPod pros mysteriously just vanished. I reported it and they didn’t get back to me. Like I can clearly see they’ve been disconnected from my account and the last place they were was that room on the damn table. Gross behavior considering you’re supposed to feel safe where you stay. Be wary about booking here!

Tired hotel. Shower terrible. Took ages for hot water to come through and did not get in bathroom vanity at all. Over use of air freshener. Breakfast was terrible. Paper plates and plastic cutlery. Pool area ok. Worse Marriott I have ever stayed in. Staff friendly enough.
