La limpieza estaba muy mala, nos dejaron una toalla casi destruida y un trapo sucio en la bañera. El jabón líquido y el shampoo eran lo mismo y pusieron menos de la mitad del frasco y un solo jabón de pasta. Los ascensores siempre estaban sucios. Hicimos una fila de más de 20 min para poder tener el desayuno.

This hotel was very nice. The staff was excellent cleaning. Crew was excellent. It was very clean. The room was very nice especially for the price I paid for it. There was free breakfast. It was pretty good. There are several options. Great location, stores be aware if you have a car or renting one that there is a $30 a day parking fee for this location and if you use a debit card instead of a credit card for booking a room, they will put a sizable hold on your credit card which may last for days ,so make sure you have Double to triple the amount of your stay on Your card or use a different card to book your room and spread your money around cards otherwise you will be shocked and maybe unable to access money in your account because of the hold.restaurants very Accessible and close to just about everything.

Great hotel

Very good stay, the hotel was very nice and all staff very friendly. They were sure to accommodate some requests. Room service was fast and the food was great. I’ll come back with my family for sure next time I’m in Orlando
