The room was tiny and a little dirty, but we were able to put that aside, we were only staying for two full nights and leaving on the third night at 1am anyways… however the DISGUSTING part came when we put a drink on the nightstand before bed and there were HUNDREDS of little bugs on it in the morning! It was so gross. If you’re expecting a great bug free hotel, this isn’t it. And the breakfast area left much to be desired. We only nibbled at breakfast the first morning. The second we just went out for breakfast instead.. (especially after the bug situation)

There was room service, they came in and took your dirty rags and towels but did replace them or not tell you that they will enter the rooms for cleaning. I was there for business work for the weekend and get rest. I did not get to enjoy the breakfast. Ne t time i will be on vacation so i can enjoy it. Thank you Rodeway i appreciate you all. You all can print out a paper saying room service will be done enless the guest do not want it. They can ask if need service. God bless you all and happy holidays.

The room had bed bugs i told them and they never did nothing, i had bites everywhere and by the time i left the hotel all my stuff had bed bugs so now they are all over my car my house, im going crazy with all this, i got prove so im doing a report to the health department because its a lot, the money i saved staying there, im expending on tons of stuff to try to clean my house and everything else that got contaminated eith bed bugs and then my peace of mind, im going nuts, that hotel its nasty.

The bathroom had a dirty towel and wet upon arrival. They only had one towel set when there was a party of 2 that we stayed there. That was not good at all. We had to reuse that one clean set of towel for 2 of us.

The rooms were clean, but very small. The internet didn’t work (we were on the back side near the pool). The tv wasn’t a smart tv so couldn’t stream anything. The pool was clean, the staff was friendly, the breakfast great. On check out day tho, our room key no longer worked. We went to breakfast at 830, was back to the room by 9 only to find out the room key didn’t work. Checkout wasn’t until 11am and it was nowhere near that. Also, be aware that you can only stay at this hotel for a maximum of 7 days. They basically kick u out after that. Will not be staying here again.
