I want to start off by saying that I love this hotel, I have been coming here for years. I was a little disappointed this time. I noticed that the room looked a little run down, the blackout curtains had copious amount of holes not a good look for such a wonderful property. I promise that I’m not a Karen, complaining to complain. I love this property they just need to up keep it so it stays the beautiful hotel it always has been. One more thing and this might be something new hotels are doing… our check out time was 11:00 am, however the cleaning service was knocking on our door at 8:30am???
