Dirty, horrible bathrooms, we waited 20 minutes in the rain to be attended to and check in because the reception door was locked. The air conditioning wasn't working. In short, we'll stay far away from this hotel again.

Stayed 2 nights. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Convenient location. The room above is was blaring music at 6:00 a.m. It was loud! My husband had to go ask them to turn it down. The guy in the room was very rude and grabbed my husbands arm. Some words were said and he did turn it down. I think the guy may live in the room. Other than that our stay was fine. I would not stay here again because I felt it’s more like temporary housing versus a Hotel.

No hot water, woke up with bites all over arms and hands. There is no staff on-site until 10am. This place is a living facility that also rents rooms. When staff did finally get there in, after 10, they would not compensate me and told me to contact Expedia for refund only for them to deny the refund when Expedia reached out to them.

The room was not who I was on the advertisement didn’t have any closet. Space didn’t have any dresser drawers. The furniture that was in that room looked like it was picked out of the garbage. The woman that checked in was very nice, but I feel I was scammed. I didn’t stay there the whole time I slept there three nights and I rented the room for six.
