The property, ambiance, and condo style accommodations were great. Overall I would most certainly recommend to others. The resort fees in my opinion are overpriced. Our internet didn’t work 2 of the 3 days we stayed. It’s Florida where you absolutely have to drive everywhere. Parking should NOT come with a fee. Especially since access to the grove is gated to those staying. If you have a guest there should be a daily fee for that. But paying a parking fee in top of a resort fee is just simply too much. By the time we checked out our total bill of just FEES was $300 and we charged nothing to the resort wristbands.

We booked this hotel for my niece’s birthday trip to Disney, and it exceeded all our expectations! Not only did we have an unforgettable time at Disney, but coming back to the hotel was just as exciting. The next day, we spent hours enjoying the resort’s amazing pools and water parks, there was something fun for everyone! The atmosphere was family-friendly, clean, and full of energy. One of the highlights for the adults was the bar and the poolside restaurant. The drinks and food were so good everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfect for the sunny Florida vibe. It really made it feel like a vacation for everyone, not just the kids!

At check-in we were informed of $40/night fee for parking and pool usage, which is a little confusing when we booked a “package” from Hotels.com. They don’t have luggage carts so we (a family of 6) had to tote our luggage and belongings from the parking deck to the elevator, up 2 more floors, and then down to the second building.. it was haul. We had to make two trips. The elevator sounded like it could go out at any time and one of the other buildings had an elevator that stopped working. The tile in the room was gouged and damaged, furniture looked like it was from a yard sale. It’s suppose to be a no -smoking facility but the elevators always smelled like pot and people would light up at the pool but by the time security came by, they would be gone. The pools were always filled with leaves and dirt, bugs and mosquitoes were terrible. The Alfresco Market doesn’t have prices on anything so we were shocked that it was $10 for a 2 liter Coke and snack sized bag of chips. You can’t take outside food or drinks to the water park so it’s either pay their ridiculous prices or pack up the kids (which we did) and go to a nearby restaurant. I’ve stayed in 5 star places before that were actually and truly all-inclusive… this is not it. Average at best with Disney park prices on everything.

Price was ok for the night per room, but then chager extra $45 resort and $29 garage per night plus tax. restaurants were pricy and charged tips upfront, please be awarded when tipping. both pool were cool tho. room was great. Be careful with the room key they provide, it can only go tighter and won't go loose right after. Both mobile check out and express check out not working, you will have to go to lobby to check out yourself, probably because you have to return the room key. Check out at the lobby was quick tho, just drop the room key at the basket on the counter then you good to go. Overall was ok.

I contracted scabies during my stay at your hotel. Additionally, the original room we were given had black mold, which caused allergic reactions in my entire family. Due to this, we had to request a room change. While we were eventually moved, the initial experience was unacceptable and concerning for our health and safety.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, DO NOT STAY HERE!! We had just completed a 5 hour flight with two toddlers and a one-hour drive from the airport to the resort, we were tired and exhausted and were greet like trash. Front desk personnel was so hostile and rude. The people at the market were even worse. A smile goes a long way guys! Please do better next time. 2. We stayed in a three bedroom condo, and had dirty pool towels and requested fresh ones. They stated that we needed to wash them ourselves. I am on vacation, I am not doing laundry on my days off, hello?! 3. Their shuttle to the Disney Epcot left late (11am) and picks you up almost two hours later after the park closes (10:45pm) and there’s like five other stops at other hotels that they do not inform you about. Please let your guests know, that way they are not stuck waiting for the pickup 2 hours after the park closes and then another 90 minutes of transporting other since The Grove is the last stop. Uber was expensive, I think we were better off just staying at a Disney Resort in order to have gotten all free shuttles to all the parks. Also, you have to take out your own trash, in the hallways were them awful of piles of trash outside each door. They didn’t do a good job picking it up. The hallways are also old.

I have never encountered a resort that showed such disregard for its guests. My stay began with a fire alarm going off for over 45 minutes at 2 AM due to a low battery. My 9-year-old child and I were unable to sleep, which completely disrupted our plans for a next full day at Disney. Despite repeatedly calling room service and messaging the room service, I was only told that “someone will be there shortly”. Honestly, if I had called 911, they would have arrived faster than the hotel staff. To make matters worse, even after I specifically informed the front desk not to enter my room while we were out at Disney the next day, someone still entered without my permission to fix the issue. My personal belongings were left all over the room, and I felt this was a clear violation of my privacy. These experiences were deeply disappointing and showed a lack of respect for guests. I will not be returning to this resort and would not recommend it to others.

Having good people to represent your brand is crucial to the long term success of a brand and unfortunately you can tell the culture here is off because the hotel staff, from concierge to wait staff are all lacking in proper customer service skills. Other than that, the facility, grounds, and rooms were great. Our kids enjoyed the pools very much!

Property looks tropical and lush with its landscaping, check in lobby chairs are stain and leather on waiting chairs had ripe they try to bandage it with tape lol when it clearly needs replacement, furniture was worn with holes and chipped in corner where gathering would take place, lastly master bed mattress had bumps on mattress that poked out and you can feel it through sheets, it was the first me, call front desk she just seemed unconcerned and brush it off it was a long day so I just put 3 layers of bedding sheets to cover the bumps, this mattress should be drowned out! Stay was nice with it water park, but alot of hotels furniture needs to be replaced as quest deserves better
