Vain 15 minuutin päässä Disneystä sijaitseva loistava huvila yksityisellä uima-altaalla ja järvinäköalalla sijaitsee rauhallisella porteilla kauniilla suojelualueella. Vain muutaman minuutin päässä I-4: stä tämä on täydellinen paikka yöpyä käydessään Orlando tarjoaa monia nähtävyyksiä. Viihdytykseesi on saatavana ilmainen laadukas Wi-Fi, Netflix ja kaapelitelevisio sekä X-Boxilla varustettu pelihuone, pöytäjalkapallo ja ilmakiekko.
Disney-puistot ovat vain 15 minuutin päässä. Rannan ystäville upea Persianlahden tai Atlantin rannikon rannat ovat helpon 90 minuutin ajomatkan päässä. Golfarilla on laaja valikoima kursseja lähistöllä, kuten Reunion ja Champions Gate Resort, joka tarjoaa kaksi Greg Normanin suunnittelemaa golfkenttää.
Suunnittelu: Huvilan pääsisäänkäynti johtaa suoraan avoin tila. Aulassa on iso mukava sohva, joka on täydellinen rentoutumiseen pitkien päivien jälkeen! Ruokailutilassa on ranskalaiset ikkunat, joista on näkymät uima-altaalle ja järvelle. Ruokailutilan vieressä on täysin varustettu keittiö, jossa on kaikki mukavuudet, kuten pesukone ja kuivausrumpu, astianpesukone, liesi, mikroaaltouuni ja jääkaappi-pakastin.
Molemmat Master-sviitit ovat huvilan takana. Viihtyisissä vuoteissa on uudet Queen-kokoiset muistivaahtopatjat, vaatekaapit ja suora pääsy uima-altaalle. Kaksi erillistä makuuhuonetta sijaitsevat kiinteistön edessä, jaettu perheen kylpyhuone. Kaikki makuuhuoneet ovat kokolattiamattoja.
Takana olevalla terassilla on hieno uima-allas (tarvittaessa lisälämmitys) ja kaunis näkymä järvelle, pöytä ja tuolit sekä aurinkotuoleja rusketuksen lisäämiseksi. Allas sallii aurinkoa koko aamu ja varhain iltapäivällä, häviää vasta myöhään iltapäivällä, jolloin alue voi jäähtyä kauniisti ruokailla ulkona. Allas voidaan tehdä täysin turvalliseksi helposti asennettavan turvaverkon avulla.
Huvilan lähellä on useita mukavuuksia, kuten supermarketit, ravintolat, kuntosali, kemisti ja takeaway-ruokapaikat.
Disney-alueen nähtävyydet: Lähellä kaikkia Disney-puistoja - vain 15 minuutin ajomatkan päässä Disneyn porteista - ja kauniisti rento ja luonnellinen juhlakaupunki. Great start to vacation!

Winter Escape

Very nice property in a safe, gated community. The pool was lovely with a nice view of the wildlife in and around the pond. Peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The owners and property managers were very swift in dealing with any issues that came up as well, so that support is very valuable. Thanks to Ian & Alison as well as Ted & Gillian for everything.

Great place, grate location, but need a good cleaning

The location and area of the house is great. 4 room, 3 bath room is very good and the pool was heated for us. You can see by a clear day the rocket lunch from the house.We add all the tool in the kitchen to prepaire all the food. The down side: The house need a good cleaning. The celing fan are not clean, when we started them dust was falling from it. The carpets need also a good cleaning, found somme food on it, some staine also. Nothing a good cleaning could not correct. Somme insects were found also in the house.If the house get a good cleaning i would rent it again other wise no.

Our second stay here at the villa. As per before outstanding communication with villa owner at all times. Wonderful location, you can avoid the busy I4 to get nearly everywhere from here. We had an amazing time here! We really enjoyed the pool! The house was extremely clean. The host was always quick to reply and extremely helpful and accommodating! The neighborhood was clean and quiet. Very close to stores and things to do. We were stuck here during hurricane milton and needed to extend our stay due to the airports being closed and the host was extremely u derstanding and helpful during that process! Cant wait to come back again soon!

Wir waren jetzt in Juli 2024 dort. Ein wunderschönes Haus, alles was man zum Urlaub machen braucht, ist vorhanden. 2 große Elternschlafzimmer mit je einem eigenen Bad und begehbaren Kleiderschrank und zwei Kinderzimmer mit einem separaten Bad. Der Pool ist wohl temperiert und von der Größe echt ausreichend. Alles in allem, ein gelungener Urlaub. Selbst die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, absolut top. Uns ging ein Wasserhahn kaputt, wurde auch sofort repariert. Wenn wir wieder fliegen, dann dort….

This place is a GEM!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Super clean, nice quiet neighborhood. Easy to get to every park. Grocery store and liquor store less than a 2 minute drive. Ian was very helpful and attentive. Our kids loved the pool. If you are like us and DO NOT want to stay on property and deal with overcrowded pools this is literally the way to go. Our stay was absolutely perfect. Trust me, you will not regret booking with Ian.

Great House with a "homie" feel

We highly enjoyed our stay here! It is located in a quiet gated neighborhood which made us feel great about the safety of the area. The house was way bigger inside than I expected when we first pulled up! Our youngest wanted to sleep in the same room as our 13 year old, so we didn't even get to use the 4th bedroom. We loved the 3 separate bathrooms (which with 2 teenagers is a must!). The pool was extra clean and we had alot of fun in this area. The kitchen was well stocked with silverware and glassware and cups. The AC kept the house nice and cool. There were a few minor maintenance issues (handles on closets were a little loose, a few small stains on the master bedroom carpet, etc.) but absolutely nothing that detracted from our stay. It made it truly feel like we were staying in someones home and not their exclusive vacation rental. We visited Disney for one day and Disney Springs another and felt that the drive time to both was great, so overall we felt it was a great location. The hosts were great at communicating early and often, though we didn't have a need to reach out during our stay, I was very happy with the info provided ahead of time, and their very reasonable clean up expectations. A lot of hosts may as well not hire a cleaning crew after your stay with the amount of cleaning they require before you leave, but that's not the case with Ian/Alison! We look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Orlando!

Perfect Location

Fantastic

It was a beautiful property in a quiet and gated neighborhood. The pool was an excellent experience and the house came with plenty of amenities to help make the stay more enjoyable. The location was within close proximity to several restaurants and the theme parks. Will be staying here again. Plus there is a lot of development going on in the region which will add plenty more to do as time goes on.

Es ist ein tolle Unterkunft. Die Fotos entsprechen der Wirklichkeit. was man auf den Fotos nicht sieht aber als herausragend positiv zu bewerten ist, ist die Kommunikation des Vermieters / Besitzers vor und während des Aufenthalts. Man wird wirklich super betreut: Anreise nachts um halb zwei: kein Problem. Bedienungsanleitung für die Unterkunft: ausführlich, einschließlich bebilderter Schritt-für-Schritt-Anleitung für die 5 Fernbedienungen, um den Fernseher in Gang zu bekommen! Nähe ist keine Frage von Kilometern! In die Beurteilung fließt natürlich auch immer ein, wieviel Geld man bezahlt hat und da muss man sagen: Spitzendeal, absolute no brainer, wir würden es Familie und Freunden empfehlen. Sollten wir nochmal in die Region Orlando fahren, würden wir gar nicht nach etwas anderem suchen.

5* property for a fantastic family holiday

We’ve just finished our 2 week stay at this fantastic villa in August 2023. We booked in March 2022 and Ian & Alison have been perfect hosts throughout the whole process. We’ve had clear and helpful communication, making the whole process really smooth. The villa was perfect for our family holiday - spotlessly clean and well positioned to get to the Disney parks (approx. 12 miles/20 mins depending on time of day). 4 big bedrooms, 2 of them en-suite with doors on to the pool. The area is gated and quiet all day and night. We tended to eat out, in the parks or get takeaway, so didn’t use the kitchen facilities much (other than the odd breakfast), but there was everything you’d need to cook if needed. We used the washing machine and dryer a fair bit (I’m the sort of person who likes to keep on top of this, so that I have less to do when I get home!). The pool was clean and we loved to jump in after a long day in the parks! Thank you for making our stay a memorable one, hoping to be back in Florida soon. The Tristram Family

Great hosts and super holiday

Stayed at the villa for three weeks in July 2023 Dealing with Ian and Alison was easy and they were very quick to respond to any query and ensure we had a good stay. We actually booked this villa for 2020 but had to cancel due to the pandemic and the hosts were extremely accommodating which is why we had no hesitation in rebooking with them. The villa is well situated and close to all the Disney locations. It is also close to I4 so easy to travel around the area although the motorway can get busy. We have stayed in this area many times before and it remains a good location for holidays. The villa itself is big enough for a family and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The air conditioning keeps you cool and the pool is big enough to splash around in! All necessary facilities are there including towels and kitchen equipment. The villa is situated in a gated community with access via an electronic locked gate that gives a good sense of security. Close by are a number of shops, restaurants and supermarkets.

We stayed here for a week as a family of five and it was fantastic. The property is large and spacious. The pool is great with lovely views over the lake and an impressive variety of wildlife visiting it. The neighbourhood is quiet and there is a good variety of restaurants to eat in nearby. Target, Walmart and Publix are all close by too. The hosts are super friendly too and couldn't be more helpful. Even advising me where I could watch the FA Cup Final. Couldn't recommend enough and will hopefully stay again. Thanks guys.
