We only stayed the weekend, but the staff was pleasant & helpful. We had rented 2, full units (4 bedrooms) one of the units was only half cleaned. We notified the front desk and it was taken care of immediately. We've stayed here several times in the past and will continue to stay here in the future. We had a fantastic time.

The hotel tried to double the cost when I arrived, they charged me a week before arrival even though I selected to pay on arrival, which meant I couldn’t use the gift card I was given for this hotel. They were rude when I asked for a manager to help. The system showed I had paid in full, but a person wow a note saying I owed almost the same amount of what I had already been charged. I explained that they can’t charge me more than the system showed and it showed $0 balance on the paper I was asked to sign. After 20 min a manager showed up and said I guess we have to remove this note. When I asked where it came from they said I don’t know but if a note is added we’re expected to follow it. How can they just add notes to people’s accounts that say pay extra and then give a hard time about it… Not ok To that a guest plus I’m a returning guest. I’ll think twice before booking this place again.
