Property had several pools the disadvantages upon arrival extremely long lines to check in. And the pools seem to be overcrowded midday but overall if you went to the pool area and placed your towel on a chair by 8:00 a.m. you were assured to have a place

I liked the location of the property. I didn’t like that the pools were not very clean. I also didn’t like how you felt if you went to guest services they would push timeshares on you.

The offered VIP perk was $200 from Vacation Village if I did the 4hr timeshare tour and your spouse must attend. We had our 2 young grandchildren with us. Not really a perk. We declined. The A/C wasnt working. They sent someone quickly and fixed it. Everyone was very nice there. The condo was dated. Everything seemed clean and worked. The pool was nice. Two of the pools were shut for maintenance for a few hours. They opened them back up. We would stay again.

Immediately led down the path of buying into the new program. The presentation "Breakfast" is basically a cup of coffee. Hot tubs not well maintained. Staff were friendly.

The front desk and check in was complicated with long lines, the property was big which was nice. The room smelled like horrible fish - we thought someone was cooking seafood but it lasted all night long. The tub was also very old and dirty, we will not stay here again. We also told the front desk of our issues, they did not offer any resolutions to the problem.
