The carpet had a lot of stains not clean your socks would be dirty by walking on the carpet the beds not very comfortable the whole place needs a upgrade

A great property at a great price. Three bedroom condo with reasonably sized rooms, a smaller living room with a three seat and a two seat couch, a dining table with six seats, and a well appointed kitchen with full sized fridge. Full laundry. Close to the Orlando convention center and walkable from Rosen shingle creek. Walkable publix and loads of food options. Drip coffee maker. LOADS of towels, so nice. Strangely all of the wall art has sofas4less.com in the corner which is funny. Lots of books and card games in case it rains.

Awesome location to pool

On the second floor for those unaware. It was right across parking lot to all of the pools. Kids LOVED the splash pad and 2 giant pools! Adults enjoyed the hot tub and bar! 10min drive (including traffic) to Universal. Publix is absolutely walkable distance with many restaurants in the same plaza.

The condo carpets seam to be worn down and sticky to the bare foot. The furniture was mis matched and cheap. Looked like it came Definitely nothing comparable to the previous 12 plus units ive stayed in at Vista Cay. from a yard sale.

Not a secure location

I was under the understanding that the condo was a secure location however the back entrance was never locked. My rental car had the passenger window shattered and the car was searched. Thankfully there wasn’t anything of value in the car. Also, I thought the pool required a keycard to enter but it also wasn’t not locked during the day. This was my third year staying at this complex and we always had to use the card in the past. Since I bring teenagers with me who walk around the place assuming it is secure, we do not plan to come back. The condo itself was perfect but not happy with the change to the complex.

Clean and had all amenities needed!

We came to Orlando for my daughter’s volleyball tournament. Vista Cay is always our choice for tournaments held at OCCC as it’s just a few minutes away. This unit was exactly as advertised. It was very clean, had more than enough towels and washcloths, and all the kitchen amenities needed for a five day stay including bagel toaster, Keurig, coffee pot, pots, pans, plates, cups and silverware. We would stay again!

Great and convenient stay!

Love this property. Great communication between me and the property manager. We booked this stay for the NPE show at the Orange County Convention Center. My business partner, his son, me and my wife all stayed here. Plenty of space and great amenities.

Great location

15 quick minutes from the airport. The building is right across the parking lot to the pool. Behind the pool is a shopping and eating area. Handful of restaurants, a Publix grocery store, and a liquor store are all walking distance. The walk to the other side of the resort to the big pool is about 7 minutes but you are there in no time! Kitchen has all the necessities and there are plenty of beach towels! The listing says that it has a screened in patio but it does not. We didn't have a problem with it. Will stay again!

Orlando Family Reunion

The condo was the perfect location for us while we attended our family reunion. It was centrally located to all of the parks and we could not have asked for anything better. I wish we had more time because we would have liked to enjoy some of the amenities available within the complex.

Great Location

The place was very ideal to our cheer competition at the OCC. Easy to travel to Universal, Disney and other attractions near by. The nearby restaurants and grocery store were perfect for us. The listing was as advertised and would stay again if I have to go back to the OCC. The owner communicated with me rapidly with some minor questions I had and the condo was exactly what our family needed.

Location, location

We enjoyed our stay - location was awesome. Property is attached to a large Publix plaza with many restaurants in it. Very close to I-drive and convention center area - 100 more restaurants. Disney parks took 15-20 minutes with traffic. Condo itself needs a little work. Ceiling AC vent in living room needs a deep clean- beyond dirty. AC system itself struggles at 72 and above, which is the recommended temp, and the box fans in the rooms tells you it doesn’t work well. Might be related to the very dirty vents. Overall condition of the condo is fine. Nothing special. Ceiling fans would be a huge upgrade. Plenty of towels for baths and pool. Very nice pool area. Plenty of parking too.

I found that the rental property met our needs. However, I recommend that a larger bar of soap is available; the one provided was so tiny. Also, the kleenex box had only three kleenexes left iin it. These two items gavre a chintzy feeling to the villa. In addition, two bathroom items were broken upon our arrival, so I recommend that everything be checked over before the next quests arrive. Fiinally, the tv's in the bedrooms wete so small which fortifies the chintzy feeling it had. Other than that, the property suited our needs.

Pleasant Property

The property was as described on the listing. The neighborhood was quiet and the grocery store was in walking distance. The only cons that I had during my stay is that one of the bedrooms had no TV, the wi-fi kept needing to be reset, and the plates in the cabinet were dirty with dried food still on it. Otherwise, the quietness in the community along with tne beautiful views and easy access are winners and I will stay again in the future.

Pretty much as advertised. Condo could use some minor updates - paint, blind repair, better TV remote and ease of use. However would absolutely stay again at the price and convenience of location. Would give 4.5 stars if that were available!
