I enjoyed this resort very much. I got early check in once I arrived. Staff was very attentive. The dining options were not too great. The in-room dining was more appealing, but I opted out due to the extreme service charge. I enjoyed the amenities, boardwalk, arcade, pool. One thing I would recommend to this company is having better accommodation for transport especially if you are staying at the resort, at least a discounted price, as I used the shuttle for majority of this trip since I am not a Florida native.

Overall a good stay. We were 3rd inline to check in and it took 45 minutes. Only 2 front desk clerks upon arrival to line. One agent was with an Asian group and was having issues. The second clerk left after she checked in the group she was working on and it was 15 minutes before someone else came to help. Asked the two spa receptionist if the elevator in front of the Spa door was the correct one for east tower rooms. They said “You’re asking the wrong people “, laughed and went back to chatting. The Coffee shop was amazing with great quick breakfast options. The boat transportation was Awesome!! Everyone except spa employees was kind courteous and helpful. I would’ve booked a spa package but not after the way they interacted when asked a question.

The Dolphin is a convenient hotel for a Disney vacation. All parks are accessible via walking, water taxi or shuttle bus. The hotel is spacious, clean and all the staff were helpful and polite. The pool was large with plenty of sun lounges. The choice of casual and fine dining was great. Plenty of choice and all food was delicious.

Clean and convenient for Disney

Hotel was clean and nice, driven by often and never thought to stay here. Will be back with the kids next time.

Everything is updated and on site dining and drinks options are reasonable. Good access to DHS and Epcot.
