Walt Disney World Dolphin offers 1509 air-conditioned accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors, and features laptop-compatible safes and complimentary bottles of water. Typical Disney: it's clean, everything works, everyone is friendly. Do note that this is not part of the Disney enterprise so getting park passes and everything takes a little longer, but not overly burdensome.

Was only in town for a quick Magic kingdom visit. Really just picked this resort because it was on the more affordable side for a last minute trip. Was highly surprised by the level of service and restaurant choices. They also have shuttles which helped with getting to and from the parks. Would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Orlando.

Disappointing Dolphin

Check-in was very poor. Four people were working desk and only one was checking in people. Once I was waited on the desk clerk was pleasant. Self parking at hotel was not available and valet was full. As a result I was required to park at The Swan and walk back to The Dolphin. Very long walk to say the least. At checkout I had to do the same thing. To make matters worse they still charged $38 per night to park. Room was also disappointing primarily due noise level. Not sure what the equipment was that was on top of roof outside the room but it was loud. Very annoying and distracting. Overall I would not recommend or stay at The Dolphin again.

Terrible customer service all around, seems like that this hotel lost or removed this section from their training manual from managers and pool employees. bad check in experiece, took forever. Like any other Disney related property, they over charge and for EV users, they force you to pay valet to use chargers.

Parking / Valet scam.

They have all of their self parking lots either blocked or being used for events. All the signs direct you to full or construction sites. There is zero self parking on property. When you go to valet they didn’t tell us that there was parking at the neighboring resort but instead charges us $55 a night for valet. It’s such a con. Their excuse was that if I had asked valet where the parking was they would have directed me somewhere else. But ever sign tries to divert you on an endless circle of no parking
