Room was great facilities were fine but I did not enjoy being harassed by staff about timeshares and wasting over 10min of my time answering questions and no one understanding what I meant when I said I’m not interested until the 5th or 6th time when I asked is this a time share because I’m definitely not interested in any of this? Which then the lady became rude and said well enjoy your stay…teach your staff to understand that no means no

The room was dirty, sheets were stained mold all over the room and bathroom the room had a weird smell had to get out of the room at 6 am. Was woken up at 4 am by a staff member cleaning and banging in the ice machine, trash truck was there at 5 super loud worst stay!! Had maybe 30 min of sleep
