My recent stay at the Wyndham hotel was fantastic. The location was excellent—close to the airport—and the room itself was incredibly clean, quiet, and comfortable. I especially appreciated the comfortable bedding and the efficiency of the check-in and check-out process. The staff were consistently friendly and professional throughout my visit.

Requested a late checkout and was told yes, then received a text confirming normal checkout . Went back to the dest and re confirmed my late checkout, then my key was deactivated. After getting the late checkout confirmed and key reactivated, the fire alarm was tested and went off for 15 mins. I was told I would not be charged for the late checkout because of the fire alarm after completing. Will be reaching out if I am charged for the late checkout.
