We stayed at this hotel because our flight was delayed over 12 hours, and it was rated excellent. This is the worst hotel stay I’ve ever experienced. The walls are extremely thin, we could hear guests in other rooms as of they were right next to us. The mini fridge was making a loud hissing noise all night, the party above us spent hours literally stomping back and forth, and the guests next to us had a screaming baby. This was a horrible stay on top of an already bad experience. Do not stay here!

Decent room, area food options - not so much.

The room itself was decent. Local restaurants did not seem super accessible due to location, and the hotels in-house "restaurant" was very overpriced considering the quality of the food you are served. The staff seemed helpful and nice.

False advertisement on shuttle to airport. Told no shuttle till 9 am available when advertisement said shuttle to airport. So now need Uber or taxie. Would have stayed at closet hotel if case. 2 hrs to get a shuttle from airport after 5 calls. Lied to by staff. Driver said traffic reason so long desk said driver stopped 2 x and I was not there even through asked ever driver came in and stayed in same spot. Chose place for convenience to n from airport to find out false. Not what want to find out after spending 2 hrs waiting for shuttle

Would only stay once….

This spot is worth skipping over. Between the apathetic staff, the triple charging of a security deposit, the fact that many small things in my room didn’t work, and dirty towels in my room, I’ve had better stays at cheap motels. I’ll be paying a little extra and getting a decent stay next time. Save your cash and pass this one by.
