The property is good price and location. The recent renovations are good such as no carpet, updated bathrooms. Beds are comfortable. The property is still old and I would Suggest staying on the top floor as you hear ever footstep overhead. Staff are not overly friendly or knowledgeable e.g room cleaners could not tell me if there was an ice machine

The staff were friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, the facilities left much to be desired. There was no hair dryer, no coffee or tea provided in the room. The washroom door creaked loudly, and the walls were quite thin — I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms, which affected my comfort and privacy. Overall, the service was good, but the hardware and amenities need significant improvement.

Rénovation

L’étage où je logeais était en rénovation, les chambres semblaient terminées au niveau des travaux mais je n’avais pas de téléphone dans la chambre pour appeler la réception. Pas de chance avec le bruits, une jeune équipe de hockey couraient dans le couloir. La télévision ne fonctionnait pas aucun employé de l’hôtel n’est venu malgré que j’ai avisé à la réception. Très décevant pour le prix, je comprend que l’hôtel doit effectuer des travaux mais je pense qu’il est nécessaire d’aviser les clients avant.

Had to leave no power was given a unprepared room then complained and they gave another room that smelled like paint giving my wife a headache. I hope I get my money back from this hotel . If they are fixing it they should not be having customers in the building
