Although the hotel was under construction and the restaurant was closed, the room and service was good. My only recommendation would be better signage to find the lobby while under construction..

I booked a deluxe suite, but when I checked in, I got the basic suite without the extra amenities like I payed for. I was very disappointed with this and their front desk staff as they were no help. They said to talk with the supervisor in the morning, so I went at 11am and the front desk said the supervisor wouldn’t be there until 3pm (obviously not morning like mentioned). I’m still dealing with this issue but if staying here, just know that front desk staff can’t help unless a supervisor is there to assist.

It’s under heavy restoration, so walking around without finding a closed hallway is difficult. The renovated rooms are nice, but there was no hot water, and the maintenance guy was unable to fix it. He didn't contact the front desk to change us to a different room.

Upon reservation we made the request both through expedia and through the pre-registration of the hotel to have a playpen/infant bed and told us they never got that request and I had to proove it through the reservation we did and because of that we couldn’t get one. Secondly the hotel is currently under renovations so the room numbers are sitting on the floor when we were given our keys we got to the room and they wouldnt work we kept getting accused of having it nesr our phone or even that we were at the wrong room turns out we were at the wrong room but because the room numbers are just sitting on the floor someone didnt place the room number at the right door but it took us going from the third floor to the lobby 6 times before they finally decided to come up and see what was wrong. Our reservation stated we our room came with a jetted tub/shower combination, we had just a shower and was told that its part of the new renovations but they could of bothered putting that in the deecription after all your paying more for a higher quality room. Half the light switches didn’t work, the toillet was clogged upon arriving in the room and was told someone would be there to fix it in a few minutes, a few minutes was over 12 hours later. Breakfast was free due to the renovations which was a bonus but they were so packed because of a conferance happening over the weekend and when we stood there waiting to be seated staff would stare us down rather then seating us or that theres a wait

The floor was not cleaned properly, the washroom smelled like gas for some reason. T.V remote and Air Conditioner remote was missing. Towels were missing. The room door was opened when we checked-in. When I asked for towels, the maintenance man only brought 1 face cloth when I specifically asked for a whole set of towels and extra face cloths. The worker just walked away when I told him I asked for more & denied me. Also, the bathtub cover was missing when I wanted to give my kids a bath. I had to pretty much ask for everything that we needed and the service wasn’t so great. I will definitely not go back to this hotel; even though we stayed here multiple times before.

Upon our arrival the front desk receptionist was very rude at check in & her 1st words to us was that check in time wasnt until 4pm, even thou earlier that day i paid $25 more online for an earlier check in, which she clearly was unaware of! Also was told that our 2 day stay did not come with a contiental breakfast which i was told it did, so we didnt get that! Surprisingly the while building is under major construction & this was not mentioned at all when we booked 🙄 the whole place was a mess, our floor lobby & room smelled of paint the whole time we were there, which caused me to have a migraine! On Saturday hubby & i decided to check out the pool & hot tub, another disappointment 😞 the pool was filthy, water was green & some dirty foam was floating on the top and there was no hot tub available by the looks of it...it was removed or something but again this wasnt mentioned in the description of the place! The resturant & bar where also closed due to renos! Customer service was terrible, not friendly at all. So for the price we payed for a 2 night stay wasnt worth it at all for what we got, we will not be returning thats for sure....i will spend a little more & stay across the street at the holiday in or the hilton before i throw away my $ on the Ramada again!

Hôtel est en rénovation et ce n’est pas fini. Les chambres sont ok, lit ok sans plus. Déjeuner était inclus mais il y avait beaucoup trop de gens dans attente au resto (au moins 30-40) alors nous devions pas retarder le retour nous avons donc du aller dans un Tim et dépenser. Mais en général c’était bien
