Hankering to know what "the tiny house" movement is all about? Here’s your chance: this petite retreat has everything you need for a great vacation in “America’s last hometown.”
The location is ideal: Pacific Grove’s charming downtown is just a short stroll away: cafes, restaurants, bistros, galleries, boutiques, antique shops, and a cinema.
Lover’s Point and the Beach House Restaurant are only a few blocks in the other direction, as is the Coastal recreational trail (Cannery Row and the Monterey Aquarium are just over a mile away).
This cheery, compact cottage has one bedroom and a bath with a shower. There’s a small patio out back with a dining table, four chairs, a bench and a barbecue.

A Tiny House in Pacific Grove served us well, though I had to laugh at the kitchen cabinets. They were hung higher than usual. My 5'4" self could barely get things on the second shelf never mind the top! Surely not a reason to avoid this cozy home. The scent of jasmine perfuming the air was wonderful on the back fence. The outdoor grill was clean and ready for our use and was appreciated. If I return to Pacific Grove, I would definitely consider booking here again.

The house was clean and kitchen had what we needed. Very nice location. Close to town and the ocean. Very walkable. My only negative comment is that the living room does not have comfortable seating. The chair is an outdoor type of chair made from wicker and it is not comfortable to sit for watching tv. The arm rests are really hard. The couch is a very firm leather couch that is not really comfortable either. Would like it if the chair and the couch had recliners..

Lovely little place in great location

The house is comfortable and the location excellent, right near lover's point, walk to town, the aquarium, the beach.Everything you need is provided. Despite it being near the most popular beach in the area, it is very quite on the street.

Sweet cottage in perfect location.

The Tiny House is more like a cottage or bungalow. Spacious for two people. Nice having a washer and dryer. And a nice full kitchen. Location is amazing, a few blocks from Lovers Point and trail along the bluffs and an easy walk into Monterey. Lots of restaurants very near by. Owner Kyle was super responsive to a couple questions we had. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Family Vacation for Small Family

My wife, daughter (21 months), and I enjoyed a 3 day stay at this property. It’s perfect for walking to Lovers Point and the Aquarium. The property was great, plenty of living room space, kitchen was stocked with the cooking essentials, and the bedroom was great for us 3. Our daughter slept in the bed with us. A pack and play or portable crib would fit in the living room but would likely be tight in the bedroom. There is a small park about a 3 minute walk from the house. We would definitely stay here again as a couple or as a family of 3 (maybe 4, if one child sleeps in the living room).

Wonderful, perfectly located home

Home is perfectly located, quiet area but very short walk to PG downtown and Lovers Point beach and shoreline trail. While called tiny, it is actually spacious and has everything you may need (including washer and dryer). It was clean, gets a lot of light and airs out nicely in the evening if you're there during hot days. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
