Oceanview Designer Beach House 2 ilmainen akvaariopassi

Rentoudu parvekkeella ja nauti yhdestä maan kauneimmista näkymistä. Se on niin kaunis paikka, että monet häät järjestetään kadun toisella puolella Berwick Parkissa. Nauti kävellen polkua pitkin merta. Montereyn akvaario ja myyntipisteet ovat 5-10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä. (Lomat ovat vähintään 3 yötä) Minulla on "Rantavälineet" -osa lähimmässä huoneessa. Minulla on rantapyyhkeet, boogie-lauta, kauha ja lapio, aurinkovarjo, rantalaukut, rantahuovat. Nauti rannasta!

Beach House on sisustussuunnittelijan sisustama, ja siinä on rentoutumisen ja mukavuuden tunne. Se on meriliikenteen ja rannan teema. Siinä on upeat paksut egyptiläiset pyyhkeet ja korkeaat lakanat ja liinavaatteet. Sähköinen pyyhelämmitin on hienoa etenkin talvikuukausina. Takka merinäkymään päin on täydellinen paikka nauttia kirjasta. Se on todellinen rentoutumispaikka.

Siinä on täydellinen keittiö, jossa kaikki uusimmat varusteet. Jos kokki, voit nauttia parhaista näkymistä Montereyssa tai jos lähdet ulos, siellä on upeita ravintoloita, jotka ovat kävelymatkan päässä Cannery Rowista.

The location was outstanding and we truly enjoyed the view and the beauty of the surrounding. However we felt extremely disgusted by the cleanliness of the apartment. The washing machine was dirty and full of mold. Dryer was dirty. Same as the dishwasher. The appartment smelled of urine (assume dog-urine). It is filled with lots of trinkets and carpets and cushions/ pillows that had strange stains and smell. Eventhough the area is truly incredibly beautiful the apartment itself was a huge disappointment. Sadly. I liked the easy check in and check out procedure though. I will definitely visit the area again but not this apartment. It needs serious refurbishing. Also the fact that the windows don’t really open properly and there is Rost on almost all metal things was disappointing and definitely not worth the 1800 usd for 4 nights. Next time will take one of the nearby bed and breakfasts.

The location was great but the accomodations not so much. The condo was crowded with furniture and knick knacks and personal items so it felt like you were staying at a relative's house. The closet had the owner's clothes in it, for example. Kitchen had everything but not very nice quality that I was expecting based on the description of a "designer home." The microwave above the stove didn't work and weirdly it took us a day to even notice the little microwave on the counter. The location was definitely the best part; we could walk to downtown, see the ocean from the front deck and wander the beach trails. I think my issue is that the condo was described as more high end than it was and it was not cheap. The description also noted free movie tickets which were never provided.

Great Location. The apt feels like staying in an older relative's home. A few things don't work, like windows don't open and curtain pulls are broken. There are lots of chachkas on all the surfaces that reflect the owner's taste and notes telling you not to move the items. That said, the place feels welcoming and we had a wonderful stay. There is a beautiful deck overlooking the water and the location couldn't be better.

Location of this property was perfect - you have cannery row and the Aquarium within a mile walk and well kept walkways along the coast for morning or evening strolls. The patio area was nice to watch the sunsets and enjoy dinner while outside. Bedrooms were comfortable and very clean. The aquarium passes were used, just make sure you have owners full name when you go for the members desk. The only thing I would mention is that there is a lot of items (artwork, lights, cables, furniture) within the home in every room, which was ok for two adults. I think if you had more people it would feel tight. Thanks Sally for letting us stay!

Desperately needs maintenance and upkeep.The good: unbeatable location, aquarium passes, and the owner has deep ties to the community (too bad they had to sell the theater!). Truly is oceanview, across the street from the ocean trail. Walkable to Cannery Row/Aquarium. Easy parkingLots of problems: -The furniture is filthy. Stains on all the chairs (see photos of couch, cooler)-Master shower sprays water out the pipe- I messaged the host and she was slow to respond so it was not fixed. This has clearly been a problem a while based on the failed repair and wear on the window sill (see photos)-Master bed frame is broken and uncomfortable. Turning slightly in the bed caused loud creaks and shakes. -Windows were inoperable or without screens. This was a problem because we wanted to smell the sea air but couldn’t open the windows.-Musty smell from the towel closet. This was overpowering at times. -Unit generally more cluttered than the listing photos. -- many of these things were noted in the guest book or in prior reviews on VRBO (for example, the master bed being uncomfortable)With a bit of TLC, I think Sally's would be a good place to stay. But until then, I can't recommend it. I was surprised to find the unit in need of maintenance, new furniture, and a deep cleaning after all the 10/10 reviews here

It was a great location. However, we were sorry to find that the place was quite dirty. Delayed maintenance meant the windows were broken and had to be opened with a screwdriver, chairs on the patio were broken and unusable. It was so bad that we complained to VRBO and sent photo's. No response as of yet.
This is inside the house. The window sills were all filthy.
Our bedroom window had to be opened from the outside with a screwdriver and closed at night from outside.
The upholstery and rugs were so dirty we had to wear socks and cover before we sat down

Best of all worlds! Beautiful views from the living room, dining room and balcony. Very nicely decorated with comfy bed and well stocked kitchen. Close to good restaurants, shopping, Cannery Row and the Aquarium. As a bonus, there are two passes to the Aquarium as well as movie passes. Sally is a great host and this is a great location to experience all of Monterey and the surrounding areas.

The owner is courteous and kind enough to allow us to modify the dates within the week without cancellation and rebooking. Check-in was easy through a lockbox, and access code was provided via the VRBO app and owner’s message. Parking spot is available at a car port under the building. Alternate overnight parking is available on adjacent street. Wi-Fi is high speed and reliable. The home is well furnished and stacked with decor, perfect for 4. The best feature of this home is its location relative and in proximity to the Aquarium, Cannery Row, dining and shopping, the drive along Ocean View Blvd from Lovers’ Pt. to 17-mile drive. And waking up every morning to the park in front, Monterey Bay and Pacific Ocean.

Got lucky with this one

I chose this place because our don was getting married in Monterey. We arrived early and decided to go for a walk up and around Lovers Point. We parked on the street and I was looking around and noticed that we had parked across the street from our rental. My husband said that “I couldn’t have picked a better place” Not only was the location perfect but the inside was perfect! We enjoyed the balcony and the views and the kitchen had everything that we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

We couldn't have been happier with this location! Front row view of the water, sea otters, whales, walking distance to the aquarium and canary row; it was perfect. All amenities were there. Parking streetside was wasy enough. Had a great time!

Great place to stay. Could not have asked for a better location. Park and shoreline trail right across the street. Easy 15 minute walk to the aquarium. Plenty of onstreet parking spaces (though we were only there mid-week). Host was friendly and helpful.

Our daughter graduated from CSUMB and we had the best stay at this location. Mornings and evenings walking the coastal path and watching otters and other sea life. Close to everything! Place was perfect: location and amenities (we even bbq burgers one night)!
