A convenient location to town, and far enough away to feel like a nice woodsy experience. The room itself was modern, very clean. Well appointed, Coffee was a great touch, everything was well done. The location is a popular place, apparently for Apres ski. Thanks for keeping it so clean and modern

It was an amazing little cabin...very cozy and nice ...only one thing was We found a few mouse droppings in the corners of the living room and the cabin bedroom up besides that everything was perfect

Nice stay, could use some upgrades

PRO's: Clean, affordable, quiet, close to town CON's: Kitchen could use a cookie sheet, larger frying pan, and some measuring cups. Beds are really hard - mattresses need to be swapped out. Blinds in our cabin were broken. I feel like for the most part, our complaints are pretty minor. The only other thing that we were unhappy about is that my husband left his wedding band behind - he'd taken it off to shower. Housekeeping found it after we left and we were told it would be mailed to us, but we never received it. That is partially on my husband and he takes responsibility for that, but I'm disappointed that we never received any kind of communication that it was sent, so we're assuming it never was. All in all, I think if they made some changes, we would consider staying again. We would even happily pay more to stay with those changes being made. We'll just have to be extra detailed in our sweep to make sure no valuables are left behind if we do.

The property was nice. The cabin was cute and relaxing. You will definitely need a car if you stay here. It was close to the hot springs and the small town of Pagosa. Only 30 mins from Wolf Creek Ski Resort

Just ok

Since there was no front desk, the check-in info was sent via email. The room was fine but early morning, the power went out. We could not use the shower (no hot water), lights or any of the appliances. Since there was no front desk, there was no communication on how long the power outage would potentially last. After an hour of no power, the room got too cold for us to stay any longer and we had to leave. Also, guests above our room arrived late and since there is not much insulation in the ceiling, we could hear everything! Not a very restful night and morning.

I liked that even though the cabin suites are close together that you still feel like you have your own private space unlike in a hotel and the cabin has a great set up. We also loved the kitchen and being able to make our own meals. Don’t have any real complaints and would definitely stay here again

Clean, convenient check in process, cozy cabin with a wonderful view of the mountains. We enjoyed the hot tub as well. Everything was excellent. The bed frame however needed to be replaced or repaired. Other than that everything else was great. 5 stars we would love to come and stay this summer.
