This is an older property which gives it a nostalgic feel. It's listed as free continental breakfast but that's not true, we ate at the Broken Yolk which is not far, it's close and a convenient location. The coffee was horrible in the rooms, I wish they would update the coffee they are using and also add tea....but I would definitely stay here again. Pool was nice with jacuzzi and you can play golf on yhe resort I should have taken advantage since it was not so hot while we were visiting....They evening entertainment and I loved it....

Amazing place to stay! The suites are awesome with 2 bathrooms, one with a large tub and separate shower. Beautiful music singers in the evenings.

Got a king bed this time instead of the double beds and it was wayyy better! The double beds are full size and mattresses are hard as a rock. King size bed was much fluffier. Only downside this time was finding out continental free breakfast is no longer included and there is a $50/day parking fee….

Terrible customer service specially the front desk guy Name David. Unfortunately, my experience fell far below the level of professionalism and hospitality I expected, and I believe these concerns warrant your immediate attention. 1. Unprofessional Front Desk Service Upon check-in, the front desk associate greeted us with the inappropriate comment: “Oh, everyone is coming now”—in an unfriendly tone. There was no proper welcome, no explanation of the check-in process, and no courtesy such as a simple “thank you.” To make matters worse, when referencing hotel policies, the same staff member stated dismissively: “Oh, nobody reads those.” This behavior was unprofessional and unwelcoming. 2. Inappropriate Response to Guest Request When we requested pool towels, the staff member’s response was, “Stand in the sun, you’ll get dry.” This comment was not only dismissive but completely unacceptable for someone in a guest service role. 3. Cleanliness Issues The room itself was in poor condition and far below standard: • Insects crawling on the bathroom floor. • Hairs left in the bathtub. • Popcorn on the chairs. • Stained linens on the bed. These issues are unacceptable and do not reflect the cleanliness and comfort expected of a hotel stay. 4. Noise Complaint Ignored We also reported a noise disturbance from another room, but nothing was done to address the situation. As a result, we were unable to sleep for most of the night. Booked a 1 bedroom suite for my family and I next to the pool. Room was clean and well maintained. Kids loved it and my wife loved it. Food room service was quick. Bed was comfortable. All the photos of Lucy & Desi in the hallways were pretty cool too.

Everything was great the pool area should have adult hours for example 8pm-12 adults only.. I don't think a continental breakfast should cost $15.00 most low grade hotels have free breakfast.

It was the cheapest place around and now I know why. Too many restrictions, can't bring drinks to the pool yet the pool bar is closed on Labor Day weekend? Charge $25 a night parking?!? The hotel was empty!

We love this property, the old hollywood feel,,the Lucy and Desi photos all over the place, and the rat pack photos in the lounge. Pretty good pool and the suites are very spacious. Weekend entertainment in the lounge is excellent and they make a mean dirty martini.

The 'total cost of your stay' was not true.

The Hotel itself was just fine, a great value for the money spent, and a clean, safe place to spend a few days. I was surprised, though, at the added costs: $25 a day for parking! I was taken in by Hotels.com telling me when I booked that the amount I was quoted was the "total with taxes and fees"...nothing was said about parking fees, (though, that's on me...I found the charge in the fine print.) I would appreciate a 'heads-up' from Hotels .com when there ARE going to be extra fees.
