The condition and cleanliness of this hotel are unbelievable—in the worst way. I didn’t even want to sit on the couch because of how dirty and old it was. I booked their most expensive room, the suite ($800/night), and it looked like something out of a cheap motel. The bathroom was disgusting—the shower had a ball of hair stuck to the drain from the previous guests, the toilet was filthy, and the entire space felt unclean. The condition of the bed was just as bad. Honestly, I have no idea how this place passes health department inspections or stays open for business. We had originally booked this "hotel" for the weekend, but thankfully, Expedia’s amazing customer service got us out of this nightmare after just one night. I felt completely scammed spending over $800 on this place. Never in my life have I felt so robbed.

There is no sound insulation between the rooms and on the bedroom entry door. Any conversation in the other room could be heard. Also, there are lots of pictures of dead people on the walls. Price was very high for the condition of this hotel, with no renovation

I liked the choice of landscape, native trees and shrubs/flowers. The pool in juxtaposition to an approaching golf course green was added drama. The staff was cordial and very attentive. A faulty (leaking) coffee maker was replaced immediately. A slight drainage issue with sink, handled same day!

The Hotel front desk is not that friendly, he wasn’t deliver what I expected to hear from such as Welcome, have you stay with us before? The mattress is too soft looks old, they need to update. There’s no continental breakfast when the booking said I do get the breakfast. Not sure why are two sites states different.?

This is the second time I've stayed at the property. It's near buy the JW resort allowing for a quick $13 on average Uber ride to get to the conference I was attending. It's very clean. There was an outlet that didn't work next to the bed. Some things have been updated and others haven't. Overall comfy bed, beautiful views, nice central location, and clean!

Great stay

We had a great stay!!! It’s so fun to see the large photos of the classic movie stars. It was a beautiful pool area and we can’t wait to return next year. Our flight ended up being two hours late which had us arriving after midnight. I called and warned them of our late arrival and they were very accommodating and so nice even with our late arrival.
