It was great except the checking-in part which consisted of a very long line, hence a long check-in. There was only one person checking people-in and then a second came along and that did not help much. On a holiday weekend you should plan for lots of people!!!

The check-in process was honestly a nightmare. The room was over an hour late being ready and then when we finally were able to go to the room the keys wouldn’t work. They took forever to send someone so I had to walk all the way back to the front. The next day we were still getting ready when housekeeping came so we asked them to come back later but they never did. We called twice to ask and no one ever came. We had to go get clean towels ourselves. Also the bath tub had what looked like the previous guest’s hair all over it and they left a wrapper by the tub as well. Really frustrating. Otherwise the property is beautiful.

Bath Soap dispenser was empty, no hand soap in bathroom. Pool was freezing cold and covered in a layer of dead bugs. Some stuff much friendlier than others.
