Property and Communications with management were good.

Property was very clean and adequately stocked. Communications with management were timely and responsive. Our only disappointment was lack of use of the pool and spa which we paid for. A gas leak occurred just before we arrived and the repair took most of the time we were there. Management provided some compensation.

Palm Springs for 4th

The house smelled upon arrival. Like garbage. Not sure where it was from. Maybe the garbage disposal. Had to open windows which wasn’t ideal bc it was so hot. Also the master bedroom air conditioner didn’t work properly and it got extremely hot in there and was hard to sleep. Which was strange bc the kitchen and living room got very cold. Overall it was a nice time. But those items were disappointing.

Fantastic Palm Springs home

My wife, two teenage daughters and I spent Memorial Day weekend at this wonderful house, and we loved our time there. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean, well stocked, and the backyard/pool were phenomenal. It was also located in a quiet neighborhood that is close enough to downtown shops and restaurants. We definitely hope to return there again!

Beautiful house in Palm Springs

Great house with beautiful yard and pool We stayed for Thanksgiving and kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans to help make our meal prep easy. First time to Palm Springs- would def come back. We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. Also great communication with property management!

Great stay!

Perfect for a short getaway, this home was very clean, comfortable and equipped with everything we could need! Located in a very quiet neighborhood, we enjoyed sitting outside in the beautiful backyard watching the birds and hummingbirds while drinking coffee in the morning. Gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains and palm trees against a bright blue sky offered such a nice change from the snow and cold as well! Close to good restaurants (we really enjoyed John Henry’s), the airport, downtown Palm Springs and several beautiful hiking spots, we were very happy with the location. Poppy property management was very responsive when we had a small issue with the spa password not working on a Sunday night. A wonderful stay, we would definitely recommend this Vrbo.

Cozy and clean, great stay for the holidays!

Our 9 day stay over Christmas and New Years was lovely. The location, amenities, cleanliness and communication with the property manager were all great. The only 4 star element was the discrepancy between the listing/instructions in the app and the instructions in the property binder on-site. The binder was out of date and didn’t have some essential information so we had to keep going back and forth between the app and binder. Other than that small thing, our overall experience was wonderful and we’d definitely book again! The pool and hot tub were the absolute highlight of the property for our group.

Wonderful house made for a relaxing getaway

We stayed at this property in late December and really enjoyed our stay. - The house is well decorated, well equipped, spacious and comfortable - The patio, the heated pool and the landscaping are wonderful and private and made spending time outside very enjoyable - The neighborhood is quiet, has beautiful mountain views and attractive landscaping - The house is close to everything: 5 minutes from the airport, 5-10 minutes to grocery stores, 10 minutes to downtown and excellent restaurants (we enjoyed Sherman's Deli, Aspen Mills Bakery, Elmer's and Le Vallauris) - The property management company was very responsive The only downside is that the vents in the master suite are small, so it was not heated as well as the rest of the house. We left the door cracked open at night to equalize the temperature. Overall we really enjoyed the property and would definitely stay here again.

Really nice home. I think it would be nice to provide a few coffee pods for the first morning. A few more toiletries such as Kleenex, body wash, shampoo and lotion. We almost ran out of toilet paper.

Peaceful & Beautiful Palm Springs Vacation

This Home was simply beautiful! A/C worked great, fans in each room helped too. Kitchen fully furnished with everything we needed. The Backyard and pool was AMAZING!! It was soo peaceful in the early mornings, we just sat in the pool watching all the hummingbirds and butterflies in the backyard. The beds were comfy and there were tons of extra towels and blankets. The management company stayed in continuous communication with us, before and during the trip. We were very impressed! Check in & out was very simple. Home was close to Walmart and with in 30minutes of Cabazon outlets! I would definitely recommend this rental to everybody and I will personally stay here again. I can’t wait!

Great place

We really loved our stay at this property, despite the cold weather in Palm Springs. The place was warm and welcoming, and our 1-year-old enjoyed crawling around on the comfy rug. The location is close to all sort of thing, so that was great!. The only suggestion I would make is that the kitchen needs some more "cooking utensils;" there are tons of pots & pants but not enough wooden spoons, spatulas, etc. But this didn't detract from how much we enjoyed our stay.

Great Palm Springs Getaway

This was such a great house in Palm Springs! The backyard is amazing and relaxing and the inside of the house is just beautiful. My friend and I found everything we needed to feel at home here! Great location near downtown and relatively close to some great hiking destinations.

Great place, but!

This was a wonderful place to stay, the grounds, pool, kitchen, everything was wonderful, except our sleeping. the master bedroom is woefully hot! It was 110 when we were there, and the master bedroom had to be at lest 85 degrees. The room needs a new venting system. The vent is way to small for the size of the bedroom. Until this is corrected, we will not be returning, or only stay in cool weather. Please implore the owner to do this upgrade. It will certainly help with return visitors.

Beautiful + Close to All!

My husband and I loved our stay at this property! The house is even prettier in person and had everything we needed: grill, indoor and outdoor fans, a blender, cookware, reusable shopping bags, pool towels — even pool floats! The king size bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. Loved having a garage to park in to shield our car from the sun. The home was very clean/tidy when we arrived. The only issue was we discovered the umbrella by the pool was damaged - but the property management company sent over a handyman right away who took photos. We were able to make it work for our stay so ultimately no harm done. We were initially disappointed to learn that outdoor music wasn’t permitted in the neighborhood, but ultimately the stay was so peaceful and serene I ended up being very thankful for rule! Property is close to neighbors but the fencing and landscaping made it feel very private. We made good use of the pool and enjoyed watching the hummingbirds flit around the property. I agree with previous reviewers that the bedrooms don’t cool as easily as the living room, but the fans helped quite a bit. I will say it would also be nice if the house binder included other details about the house/area. Sounds a bit silly but knowing details about local plastic bag fees, single stream recycling, the sprinkler schedule, etc can just help out of state folks acclimate more quickly. The house is in a great location - just a short drive from the airport and grocery stores, and just 15 minutes from downtown restaurants. Absolutely loved our stay and hope to visit again.

Exactly what we were looking for

The location was just right to be "20 minutes" from everything, and a short 3 minute drive to the airport. High quality linens was a very nice surprise. There was some trouble with the pool technology since the power outage knocked out the pool communication with the access panel. quiet neighborhood, good access to activities, plenty of space, latest in entertainment technology.
