As a solo female traveler, feeling safe is always important, and this hotel exceeded my expectations. Not only was it safe, but the staff was nice, the property was beautiful and my room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was a good size, microwave and fridge were clean, and the balcony had a pretty view. Lots of greenery with water stations too. I would definitely stay here again. And as someone who went to the Coldplay show at Stanford stadium, I was able to hop on the bus and get dropped off about a block or less away from the hotel. The deli market on the property is adorable too with the best chai latte. Definitely staying here again.

As a VIP member of Expedia, it was nice to have a bottle of wine waiting for me. But does view of street and parking lot my room view? What about the little pool view or dried up creek view? Not accommodating me to have an hour late checkout is not VIP service. Only thing this little hotel has as a plus is the adjacent Brazilian steakhouse on the other side of the lobby.
