The granite wet bar with a separate sink from the kitchen is a must! You can make those cold beverages after those long hot days on the beach. You may prefer to sit on your furnished balcony and watch the auburn sunsets over the gorgeous gulf waters! This unit offers a large laundry room with a full size washer and dryer! The private master suite offers a romantic setting with gorgeous decor. You will enjoy your private sliding glass door that leads to the pool-side balcony. You will be responsible for registering your vehicle and paying the fee after. Singles under the age of twenty-five (25) are prohibited from booking unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. For all family groups, married couples and responsible adults over the age of 25, proof of age is required. There may be additional restrictions regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Age and identity will be verified prior to check-in.
