Condo was pretty awesome, the view from all around balcony awesome , the master bathtub looked a little rough, we do have a problem with someone wanting to come come in and spray poison for bugs while we are there, that should be done in between rentals! We denied them entry, then another day someone knocked on the door and woke us up wanting to do a fire safety inspection, we declined his entry, this should be done between rentals also!!! If we pay for a week to stay in a condo , we want our privacy and with the exception of an emergency everyone should stay out!!!

Check in was very easy. On the second day we left at 8:00 am headed to the beach and when some of us came back up for lunch we couldn’t get in to the condo. The code keypad was working, but when you tried to open it the deadbolt had moved even to lock is out. We knew from the night before the deadbolt was very loose. We called starting at about 10 and it took is 10 calls before we got anything done with the door. We didn’t get to eat lunch until around 2:00-2:30pm. We had a 10 month old and elderly mom with us that we had to find shade for during this hours. Condo was dim due to not having overhead lights just lamps. Needs ceiling fans to move the air around. The first master bedroom stayed hot the whole time. Some of the patio chairs were rusted out and when one of the guys sat in one of them it fell through and scratched up his back. . The resort is amazing and staff is very friendly.

We have stayed at many units at Edgewater from across the street to Beach front. The rooms were large except for the 3rd bedroom and the beds were hard in that room. The couple who stayed in the room with 2 beds did not get to sleep much due to no comfort with the beds. The sliding glass doors were filthy with smears in many places on them. It would have made a world of a difference to have clean windows to look out at. And, the floor was a little dirty. Having said all this, we had a blast and loved the location of your unit.

Great location

I got a little nervous after I booked it and read the reviews. Coffee maker was broke first day. I called and it was replaced immediately. Place was dated but clean. I had great communication from the rental agency. I would book with them again and I would book this unit again. This is just a great place to stay if you're going to PCB. My stay met or exceeded my expectations.

Condo was just as it said. Seems as if condo is getting updated. New walk in shower in master is great! Wrap around balcony allows you to view entire gulf and pools. Wish there was more information in condo about what the resort offers. Such as a guide if resort.

Edge Water is in a great location in PCB. The Condo was decorated nicely and provided lots of space. The dishes for cooking and things were very sparse and random. There weren't any ceiling fans, but we found 2 fans for sitting on the dresser. There weren't any hooks for beach towels or other things to hang. Some of the outlets were barely hanging on and phone chargers didn't fit. The building itself and amenities like pools etc were great!The beach chair/umbrella rentals were outrageous but I did talk him down in price for multiples chairs and umbrellas.

Spring break 2025

Condo was wonderful. The wraparound balcony gave us a full view of the Gulf and we could watch the sunset from our couch. Each room having its own bathroom saved a lots of fights and made getting ready much easier with 3 girls. The pools and hot tubs were great and the onsite staff were wonderful. We will definitely be coming back

The condo was perfect! Clean, nicely furnished. Lots of pots and pans, as well as utensils and a blender. Beds were very comfy. Great walk in shower.Lots of nice amenities around the resort too. Can’t wait to return next year.

5 star area, 2 star condo

Overall, not a “bad” experience, but the condo did not meet expectations for the area. Worn/missing furniture, sliding door to balcony that didn’t lock, bathrooms that are in need of updating. Felt like a cheap rehab. Communication with management was non existent, they gave me wrong beach gate code, and did not bother replying to any of the 3 ways I contacted them. Luckily I got a code from another guest by watching them type it in. Outside of the condo was fabulous. Great beach, pools, hot tubs and close to many things to do.

Great location. Parking/security the PITS! 👎

Location was amazing. Few major complaints: 1. It was NOT made clear that you must purchase a parking pass BEFORE arriving. If you don’t, there is major confusion at the security gate. The guards are unprofessional and make you feel as if you’ve committed a major crime and shouldn’t be there. It took 25 minutes to prove we’d rented a place and needed to get in. Even though we provided multiple emails w proof. Had to go pick up parking passes next morning. And owner services was across the street and confusing to find. Plus it was $80 for 2 cars to park for 3 days. $80!!! Ridiculous. 2. Coffee maker and Kuerig IS provided. But NO COFFEE supplied. No filters. Not a problem if we knew ahead of time. But we arrived at 8pm after driving 16 hours so it was inconvenient waking up to no coffee. 3. We were not provided the correct codes to get into/out of the beach access. Had to ask other guests which was embarrassing. 4. Only 1 roll of toilet paper supplied in each bathroom. Not enough for a 3-4 day stay. 5. Very little hot water.

Beautiful view and Relaxing

The condo is beautiful and spacious! We had gorgeous views of the ocean and the wrap around balcony is amazing! Kitchen supplies are limited, and if you are plus size the 1st master bathroom is a little small, other that that, I would definitely recommend this condo!!!

My family and I stayed in this condo August 10-17. My husband and I our adult sons their wives and 3 month old grandson. When we arrived the condo was very clean. (I am very picky about the cleanliness). The condo is large enough that we could have family time and privacy. The condo is in a great location. And the views are amazing!!! If you plan on cooking meals the kitchen is not stocked for that. The condo could use some repairs but, that was cosmetic and did not affect our vacation. I would recommend this condo. We would love to stay here again next year.

Felt like home!

We really enjoyed stay. Tons of room for 7 of us. Layed out nicely and it really just felt like home for our 7 day stay. Dishwasher tore up on 2nd day, we let them know but was never attended to, so we hand washed dishes daily. But other than that it was great. Great location and amazing view. Beautiful pool!!
