It took me three rooms to find a room that had a clean bathtub and clean bed there were few pairs in the first two bathtubs and in the bathroom leaves on the bed and when I complain one of the staff members comments to me was she thought I was in the wrong Hotel because asking for a clean bathroom and a clean bed was asking for too much. Keys on the doors never worked I had to drop off someone at the front door to go around and let us in the door that was closest to our room I had to go downstairs and get my key to my room fixed multiple times frigerator Froze all the food and air conditioning stopped working on the last day and it was so noisy during my stay I had to get a fan to drowned out the noisy air conditioner that I also reported that it needed a work order which was never done then the last day I was there the air conditioner went completely out so I checked out a day early not to mention on one of the hottest days that I was there in Florida visiting the pool was closed a very big inconvenience due to maintenance and then went down to the pool the next day only to walk in with trash everywhere and alcoholic beverage bottles laying on the ground very unclean I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

The room i stayed in was 116. The pool is directly outside the window and I had to listen to screaming kids in the pool until it closed. I was leaving very early the next morning to travel and it was impossible to sleep.
