I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Hôtel des Arcades de Cachan Grand Paris Sud, and I have to express my disappointment. I specifically chose this hotel because of the assurance of air conditioning on their website. The hotel's claim of having a/c turned out to be a complete lie, leaving me to stay through a hot and uncomfortable stay on my first night. Adding insult to injury, the hotel reception’s response was somewhat dismissive and at a certain point for laughed at. After arguing for an hour about the claims on the website he finally said they would have someone come fix it around 3pm the NEXT day. I asked for a partial credit for not getting what I paid for and they rejected it. I strongly advise prospective guests to steer clear of this place until they either address this issue or at least update their website to reflect accurate information. It is unacceptable to mislead guests about essential amenities like air conditioning.

Chambre un peu petite en seul point négatif Personnel accueillant. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié des 6h 30 du matin à 12 euros dans une jolie salle de restaurant agréable et calme. Jus de fruits pressé. Hotel propre. Literie très correcte. À 11 min du métro à pied, idéal pour visiter Paris. Réception ouvert 24 /24. Au final bon rapport qualité prix. Bon compromis pour une proximité sur Paris à des prix raisonnables surtout pour cette capitale.

Für den Preis, ist das Hotel nicht so schlecht vorallem wenn man vor hat dort nur zu schlafen. Der Lift war leider ausser Betrieb. Es konnte sauberer sein, vorallem das Bad. Der Duschvorhand war längst zu ersetzen, da es sich bereits Schimmel gebildet hat. Der Duschkopf war mit Kalk bedeckt. Zum Glück war das Zimmer mit Laminatboden verlegt. Im Gang jedoch Teppichboden und es hat auch deswegen gestunken. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer funktionierte super gut. Die Metrostation ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Es gibt Lebensmittelläden und einige Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.
