This hotel is great value and clean. Located close to Gare du Nord. The only minus is that Friday and Saturday nights can be a bit loud in the neighborhood. For breakfast, I would recommend the Maison Bayat, an excellent bakery within walking distance.

I found it odd that you had to leave your room key at the front desk when you left the hotel. Otherwise, the room was fine, the staff was helpful. Primarily stayed here as I had an early morning train and it was super easy to get to the station, 2 minute walk.

The location is great, central and super close to the train station, where you can access all of the landmarks and sights within Paris. Staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. Lift is very tiny if you’re claustrophobic. Hot water in the shower can burn you coz it has a very uneven temperature. And the shower is so small for an average person, you can hit your elbows in the enclosement.
